GoogleI used WPR to market my mother’s house in Haslemere. I received outstanding service from start to finish. I was supported by Ian Gough and appreciated his sound advice on pricing. He did thorough work on the buyers chain and kept a cool head through the inevitable uncertainties of the process.Living remotely from the house called for support out of the ordinary and one one occasion Ian even went in to the loft to retrieve an old carpet left by the clearance people and took it to the dump in his car. I’m just sorry I can’t give more stars.. Outstanding

GoogleThe process of selling a property is notoriously challenging, but Ian Gough’s calm knowledgable experience was clear from our first meeting. We appreciated Ian’s honesty about the possible timescale and his support over any problems that surfaced. There was always a helpful voice on the end of the phone, with mostly good communication about viewings I would certainly recommend Ian very highly and thank him for all his hard work on our behalf.

GoogleI used WPR Haslemere to value my house, which resulted in a very quick sale through them. Matthew was my main point of contact at WPR and has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We had a long chain and at times it was rather hard going due to some hiccups further down the chain, but Matthew was very helpful throughout and 'on it', which I really appreciated.

GoogleHad a bit of a nightmare with a previous agent who really seemed to make little effort to chase a sale etc in the year it was on the market with them. As such, I was recommended WPR by my Cousin who has a let managed by the business. A good choice and a sale came a little over 2 x months later. Good job WPR!

GoogleWPR (Haslemere) deserve everyone of the 5 stars and more, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Matthew was my main point of contact and has been really amazing through out, with Ian taking over when Matthew was on holiday I had the pleasure of working with them both - It has not been easy at times with a long chain and all the issues that brings but Matthew dealt with everything as it came along with suburb attention to detail I never felt that didnt know what was happening. Matthew and Ian were also both the voice of reason for me - calmly explaining when I didnt understand and acting quickly when something needed attention. They both bring a wealth of experience and professionalism which are second to none. 10 Stars from me.

GoogleJust WOW. We sold and purchased our dream and forever home through James and WPR. If you are thinking of buying or selling in and around Garyshott, please pop in and speak to the team. All estate agents charge a similar fee but the personal touches and engagement from WPR and especially James cannot be beaten. I cannot recommend then more, be smart and get in touch with them today

GoogleClive came today to give a probate valuation. I made it clear from the outset that the property isn’t likely to be marketed soon, so I was taking his time for no return. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. WPR will always be my first choice of local estate agent.. Their staff know the area inside out and are friendly and approachable. Definitely the best local company.
