Neil managed the purchase of our property in Godalming. We were also selling our flat in London (through another agent) so it was our first time navigating a sale and a purchase. It was a big move for us, as we moved out of London. Neil was exceptional the whole way through the process by keeping us updated on not just our purchase but the progress of the whole chain. He was very supportive, honest and informative due to the unexpected, awful situation we found ourselves in and that we had no control over. After having a few estate agents to quote for selling my property, I decided on WRP and defiantly made the right choice. The details they produced were comprehensive and added drone footage online which is fab. As a renter leaving, I allowed many people to look around the house I rented and was leaving as it was for sale. I was told people viewing would take their shoes off whilst looking around. However they left muddy footprints on the freshly washed carpet. WPR promised to make good the carpets, but landlord is upset with the state of the carpets still. The problem is that WPR never acknowledged the footprints or mess made to the landlord to diffuse the situation, they are clearly unaware I talk to my landlord. I am also still waiting for my deposit back, despite the independent survey coming up with very minor issues, no attempt to help resolve the issues from WPR.
