Stephen was assigned to look after us and did an amazing job, the key things, you could always get through to him, he returned calls if he was out speedily, he was extremely reassuring and calming, his communication throughout the chain was amazing. Stephen is super efficient, kind, professional, & extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Warren-Powell-Richards for their very personal service, they make you feel like you are their no. 1 priority. He has provided regular updates on the progress of our purchase, liaising with all parties, and & has been diligent in moving the process along to a positive conclusion. He has a very calm reassuring manner, which is a distinct advantage in the stressful environment of buying and selling houses! We feel that the whole process of buying through WPR Godalming has been relatively stress free & a positive experience, which is quite a compliment these days! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend WPR to others.

Communication was excellent and any concerns were responded to efficiently and effectively. I am now renting a property through WPR and will definitely be using them to purchase my next property. GoogleThis was my first time in a long while letting my property through an agency and I had a lot of reservations, all of which were quashed when Simon came to look at my property. Simon has a thorough understanding of the market and what landlords need from a lettings agency and service. He provided the full service from appropriately pricing the property to being a friendly point of contact for both me and my tenant. Simon also did his due diligence on all potential tenants to ensure suitability which is worth its weight in gold with the volume of prospective tenants and it needing to be right for both parties.
