GoogleHands down the worst estate agent experience I've ever encountered. Staff best described as floundering fish that have just been yanked from the ocean.

GoogleWPR offered an amazing service when arranging a new tenancy. Simon was especially helpful and took time and care to ensure everything went smoothly and to the timeframe required. Would definitely recommend using.

GoogleMoving from abroad and unable to view in person meant that most agents/landlords weren't interested. Found an ideal looking house listed by WPR and contacted them one evening, expecting to hear back next day. Luckily the email went to Tommy Sternson at the Grayshott office. He responded out of hours and subsequently couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble, he steered us through all the paperwork, answered all,our questions and we signed today. Thank you Tommy!

GoogleRented in Godalming after our home got flooded. Simon worked closely with us to get us in to a new home quickly and efficiently. First class service all the way with minimal cost.

GoogleHuge thank you to Matthew and Tom and the WPR Grayshott team for all your help and support - the process was not without its hiccups but WPR were always proactive and went the extra mile to help get our property sold. We had a really poor experience with another agent in the area first time around, don’t make our mistake - go with WPR!

GoogleNeil from WPR in Godalming was great in the sale of our house recently. He kept us informed constantly about what was happening in the chain, liaising with everyone along the line. Couldn’t have been happier with the service. Definitely recommend.

GoogleI have worked with WPR on both the rental and sales side of the business. In both cases the team could not do more and often went out of their way to keep me informed. During a very turbulent market environment the sale of my property has been very long and drawn out but I cannot fault the team for maintaining a professional view point and re-assuring me when the sale stalled a couple of times. The communication has been faultless and empathetic.

GoogleThe team made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable. A special shootout to Dan, who was incredible throughout, his knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach made a real difference. From the first meeting, they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way. Was always quick to respond to any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Warren Powell Richards to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area, they made the whole experience a enjoyable

GoogleTom assisted my wife and I in our first house purchase, he was really helpful, clear and consice, prompt when coming back on every query and just generally a really nice guy. Had a really good experience with WPR and a huge part of that was the support Tom gave us throughout - a real asset to the business!

GoogleA positive experience with WPR. Offered an alternative after the property I was interested in renting was taken off the market before I could view, and it became home for the next 10 months. Overall, friendly staff, and helpful with our early end to the tenancy due to having to relocate. Issues are generally dealt with in a timely fashion, especially the maintenance department. One or two enquiries did take longer than expected to be replied to, but WPR on the whole are far better than other letting agents I've had to interact with.

GoogleIt’s not often one is treated with such professionalism and humanity as the the team at Warren Powell Richards. Recently Daniel Vasey had to help us in a complicated negotiation and his care and high level of friendly and detailed communication through all the red tape and jargon, was nothing short of outstanding. Daniel, you’re an asset to your business and hope you go from strength to strength. Whether it be sales or purchases or buy to let, you cannot find a safer pair of hands for all your property needs and no, I don’t work for them 🤣
