Since placing our house back onto the market 4 months ago, the whole buying/selling process with WPR has been brilliant and fairly stress free. Polly and colleagues from the Alton branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and most of all reassuring. Susy Brooks who progressed our sale and purchase kept us uptodate at all times with no need for us to chase at any point and nothing was too much trouble. What can be a very stressful process was made so much easier by the way in which we were looked after by the WPR team. We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it!

We've recently been searching for our first home and have been working with Tom Clegg at Warren Powell Richards. Tom has been an absolute dream to work with, and is an absolutely lovely person. He's knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated, polite, and a such an asset to the Alton WPR office. We just made an an offer on a property and would recommend Tom to any first time home buyer looking for something special!

I purchased a property through WPR and they were fantastic. Susy Brooks and John McConkey were super helpful and patient as they helped me navigate my first steps into homeownership. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

My aunty moved recently and, having no mobile phone/internet/any form of social media (all by choice, rather enviably) I am responding on her behalf. When I asked her to tell me what she thought of WPR her reply was "suzy was great. I couldn't fault her. I understood what was happening at all times and it made the whole thing totally easy. Absolutely wonderful". There was another woman who showed folks round her home and she also commented on how thorough and experienced she was. Sadly her name has completely escaped me, my apologies!

Recently let our house in Alton through WPR. Really excellent service from Kathleen Van Renen, very professional, quick and super efficient. Definitly went the extra yard to make sure it all went well. No hesitation in recommending and we will certainly use them again.

I can’t recommend Simon at Warren Powell Richards enough. He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We've worked with various estate agents over the years and I have to say WPR were exceptional - working with Matthew Taylor and the team was a breath of fresh air. The team was very efficient & proactive and kept us up to date with regular communication from start to completion. We can't thank them enough for all their help.

Great job from the WPR team at Alton and Grayshott. In particular, Kylie and Susy were tenacious and focused. In truth, the whole team were fantastic. I deal with quite a few residential sales and they were exceptional. A thorough recommendation from me.

Having dealt with WPR several times in the past I had no hesitation in choosing them to sell my house in Alton for me last October. It sold before the details were even printed. The whole team were friendly, helpful and professional throughout the process. In particular, Kylie was an absolute pleasure to deal with, such a lovely, cheerful and positive person, and Susy - also lovely - worked so hard on my behalf to follow up on progress and chase solicitors. Thank you all so much for making a stressful experience more enjoyable.

For the last 8 years, WPR Alton have been outstanding in, first of all renting out our property and looking after it, and then secondly, selling it. Their staff are all very professional, and that is across the board. Highly recommended for peace of mind...

Matt and Tom were the type of team you'd hope for when selling. Dynamic and always actively trying new ways to get my house sold. They were confident they'd find the right buyer and they did. Very professional and invested throughout.

We used WPR to sell a retirement flat in BrendonCare. The team are very good with Claire as the original lead backed up by John, but the real star was Susy who was always on top of the sale progression. If you want your property selling and moving along then Susy is your woman and WPR are the ones to do it.

I bought a property through WPR last year and dealt with Tom in sales. I also left a review back then but have returned to leave another as I recently had to sell said property through very tough circumstances. Buying twice in the space of a year and having to sell something I had just bought was an emotional process and all of the staff at WPR but especially Tom, handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I will always recommend WPR - I describe them to people as an estate agents which feels like a reliable solicitor practice. Very rare. Thank you so much!
