GoogleAn extremely professional, respectful and friendly team. I felt confident, comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and any concerns were responded to efficiently and effectively. I am now renting a property through WPR and will definitely be using them to purchase my next property. I would like to thank Daniel, Stephen and Paul for their hard work and ongoing support.

Hi Mr McCoy, I was sad to see your one star review but you haven't passed any comment stating which office has annoyed you or how we have dropped the ball and so I have today sent an email to my team trying to ascertain what has been going on and in what way we may have slipped up. I've just heard back from our Grayshott team who tell me they are in touch with you so I hope they are able to redeem themselves. In the meantime if you do want to make contact then please get in touch with me, we really do try to run our business in a decent way so any feedback is always welcome. My name is Tim Buxton and I am the Senior Partner of WPR so the buck stops with me. You will see all my contact details on our website under the Alton Office. In the meantime please accept my best wishes, regards, Tim B, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards

Hello and thank you for your review. After some research I see that you've been dealing with Richard Santos who heads up WPR Lettings in Alton. You haven't left a comment just the 3 stars which is a little disappointing so if we have dropped the ball then do let me know and I will be very happy to look into any shortcomings on our behalf and see if we can put things right. You can contact me via any of our offices or I think by responding through Google. In the meantime I gather you are moving into a new home so very best wishes with your future plans, regards and best wishes, Tim B, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards

GoogleMy son and daughter in law had a terrible experience with not only these agents but the landlords themselves. It has been problem after problem with issues never being resolved. When they complained about coldness and repairs they were served notice. Now they are trying to keep some of the deposit. Terrible service terrible agents. Only put one star so I could give an honest review. Obviously another unhappy tenant as you have not replied regarding the correct tenant. Probably best not to reply if you don't know who your reply is about ! Please note they are contacting the deposit scheme you even did the work before telling them what work you were charging for? Hopefully this will be something that can't be in your or the landlords control.
