GoogleExceptional service by our agents Des and James at Warren Powell Richards. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and assisted us the entire way through a protracted sale. Highly recommended!
Thank you very much for the glowing recommendation of WPR Haslemere, the 5 stars, and the kind words about Des and James. We are very appreciative and wish you well with your future plans. Regards and very best wishes, Tim B, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards

GoogleWarren Powell-Richards have just completed a fantastic job on the sale of our house in Headley Down. We were impressed by their enthusiasm and ability to highlight the many attractions of our local area. We experienced a long and at times very wobbly process due to the difficult and chaotic market, but they maintained patience and tenacity and utter professionalism to hold onto our buyers and finalise the sale. Well done to the whole team, but in particular Sarah Johnson who with good humour and a positive approach managed to seal the deal. Thank you!

GoogleWPR were fantastic during our recent house sale. They were proactive and communicative, keeping me up to date every step along the way. Sarah especially was super helpful and polite, and I always felt like things were moving along in the right direction.

GoogleThey was not very responsive to my phone call and didn't think it nesacerry to take any details from me and have not called me back.

GoogleI can genuinely say that the staff at Warren Powell Richards are the best set of Estate Agents we've had. Everything about the service we've had from them has been on point. In fact, I can't think of one occasion where they've dropped the ball - be it in terms of providing us with feedback, helping us with our own property search and facilitating viewings around our limited availability. Other estate agents in Alton should take a leaf out of their book.PositiveProfessionalism
What a super review of our Alton team, thank you very much indeed. I hope you will be extremely happy in your fab new home, regards and very best wishes, Tim B, Senior Partner, Warren Powell-Richards

GoogleWell, the time has come that we have now bought our own property and have to conclude our rental agreement for over 5 years with WPR. Jacob has been an amazing lettings Manager over the years and we cannot speak more highly of his personable approach. Nothing is too much and he works day and night if required. When we come to sell, this will be the only company we will consider to assist us. Thanks again.
