Alex Samson and Nick Warren of WPR gave me an excellent service for the sale of my house in Alton in May>September, 2021. Always courteous and quick to respond, they made my house sale go quickly and to their target price.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have rented through WPR with Richard’s help twice and every time he has been very friendly and helpful and tried all he could to find us something as per our needs. We are also very grateful to Trish for all the help all over the years as, every time there was any issue, she was prompt and reliable. Thank you all very much! (Source : allAgents)

I would highly recommend WPR as they offer an extremely professional and high quality service. Our house purchase took longer than expected due to market factors, but the communication, advice and insight from Polly and the team meant we felt in control and this proved very reassuring during the periods of uncertainty. This is an excellent local business and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other house buyers and sellers in the area.

Warren Powell-Richards have just completed a fantastic job on the sale of our house in Headley Down. We were impressed by their enthusiasm and ability to highlight the many attractions of our local area. We experienced a long and at times very wobbly process due to the difficult and chaotic market, but they maintained patience and tenacity and utter professionalism to hold onto our buyers and finalise the sale. Well done to the whole team, but in particular Sarah Johnson who with good humour and a positive approach managed to seal the deal. Thank you!

WPR were fantastic during our recent house sale. They were proactive and communicative, keeping me up to date every step along the way. Sarah especially was super helpful and polite, and I always felt like things were moving along in the right direction.

I can genuinely say that the staff at Warren Powell Richards are the best set of Estate Agents we've had. Everything about the service we've had from them has been on point. In fact, I can't think of one occasion where they've dropped the ball - be it in terms of providing us with feedback, helping us with our own property search and facilitating viewings around our limited availability. Other estate agents in Alton should take a leaf out of their book.PositiveProfessionalism

Well, the time has come that we have now bought our own property and have to conclude our rental agreement for over 5 years with WPR. Jacob has been an amazing lettings Manager over the years and we cannot speak more highly of his personable approach. Nothing is too much and he works day and night if required. When we come to sell, this will be the only company we will consider to assist us. Thanks again.
