Warners in Edinburgh was responsible for both the purchase and sale of properties in my name in April 2026. They were prompt to visit my old property for initial quotes, offering a favourable rate compared to their competitors that I spoke with, so I proceeded with them on this occasion and I would be happy to do so again in future following this experience. Initially I spoke with Ryan, one of their Sales Negotiators, to manage viewings and offers for my old property. Ryan provided valuable advise to expedite the sale of my old property ahead of a purchase deadline which we did meet, for which I am grateful. I was then transferred to Alanna, one of their Solicitors, to facilitate the legal sale and purchase. Alanna provided regular updates on progress and promptly replied to all my questions. Since the purchase completed, Alanna has also been proactive in helping me retrieve parcels delivered in error to the old property. I initially chose warners for selling my property as it is evident from driving around town that they always seem to sell properties really fast! And I needed a fast sale as I had an offer accepted subject to sale of my flat. From start to finish they were great. Within two weeks my property was on the market and under offer. Fast listing, prompt communications and very professional. I would definitely use them again. My first point of contact was Karen Scott and she was excellent, she done my initial valuation and advised me through all the steps required including some crucial info/contacts for the EWS1 form. Michael Knowles was really helpful in dealing with the listing and Ryan McLean was also great with the sales negotiation side. They were all super good. First we worked with Daniel who gave us the valuation and was super patient and quick answering my very many questions. Then Alice was super quick communicating with emails and very efficient keeping on top of many things at the same time, so that the process could kick start as fast as possible. Kirsty was great managing to dig up documents that we didn't even had ourselves! and working really hard to make an otherwise long and tedious legal process very easy going to follow even for foreigners. Conor was very thorough checking the home reports downloads to get as many viewings as possible and providing great feedback of the viewings so that we knew in what position we were at all times. All in all an excellent group of professionals who not only do their jobs, but do their jobs really well. I think it would be hard to find a better estate agent. I had an exceptionally good experience selling my apartment with Warners. The whole team were prompt and responsive - they organised over forty viewings and were responsive and timely with emails. Everyone was helpful and I always felt they were trying to do their best for me. April Harper was my estate agent - she was level headed and provided me with good insight and advice. She was also very prompt and responsive with emails and handed me over to the solicitor very quickly. I have a difficult work schedule but she was very flexible and worked to my timetable - she would very kindly take my calls on what I imagine was also her lunchbreak. Im delighted with the whole experience and warners really felt like a well oiled machine. They took a lot of the stress out of the process for me.
