GoogleAs first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

GoogleWe saw three estate agents and selected Walker Smales. Simon Walker was very personable and obviously had many years of experience in the area. He showed empathy with the property, unlike one of the others who was only concerned with square footage. We also sold our property for well above the valuations of the other agents. Simon Walker showed round every single viewer and gave us immediate feedback by phone. The online advertising was outstanding, with sympathetic accounts of the property. Our family has a long history of buying and selling property with Simon and his team spanning more than 20 years and 6 properties, and throughout that time we have always found him to be in a league of his own when it comes to selling homes. Simon pays close attention to every detail and takes the time to genuinely get to know his clients. From a buyer’s perspective, this means he only introduces properties that truly suit your needs. From a seller’s perspective, it provides great reassurance: the buyers he identifies and connects you with are serious and well-matched, helping to ensure a smooth, secure transaction. Simon’s professionalism, knowledge and personal approach make the whole process far less stressful than it might otherwise be. GoogleI highly recommend Michael. If you have sold properties before and been frustrated by your chosen estate agent then you need to appoint him. He knows his market and offers wise counsel - estate agents we asked before appointing him priced the house in a range of over £100k on a £350k house - Michael's estimate was the closest (and v close) to what we actually sold for. He is proactive during the process, calls back when he says he will - and will go the extra mile if you need him to (we were selling a property a long way away from us so were totally reliant on him for viewings, key exchanges etc etc). The whole experience has been an absolute breath of fresh air. I am selling another property at the moment in the midlands and only wish he could do that one for me as well (as it currently lumbers along with one of the "big" names!!).

GoogleSelling these days is stressful, no getting away from it unfortunately. Michael, Simon and his team are fantastic. From initially visiting us to value our property to exchange of contracts, Michael made the process run as smoothly as possible, from doing most of the viewings himself to chasing solicitors and other agents within the chain when needed near completion. He always stays calm and reassuring. We made the right choice going with them to sell our home. We'd certainly use again if they widened their net to Lancashire! Thanks guys

GoogleWe had the absolute pleasure of working with Simon and the team selling our property in Kirkstall. There were some challenges along the way (none to do with Simon and the team just some challenging buyers). However this made Simons service even better, as mentioned we had numerous set backs on the way (none which were out fault either) but every time Simon would stay positive and motivated to get the property sold. Every time we spoke with Simon on the phone he was a pleasure, always asked how our kids are (we actually went through 1.5 pregnancies whilst working with Simon) and all of the personable touches. I honestly can't explain how brilliant Simon and the team are - if you're selling a house in that area of Leeds and use someone else in my opinion you're making huge mistake! Without sounding cheesy part of me is gutted we've sold the house now so I don't get to chat to Simon anymore! This is probably the best way I can explain how good Simon was is that if I bumped into him in a restaurant or pub I'd be over the moon and pay for everything for him then no doubt end up spending all night chatting! Thats not just because he's such a lovely personable man but equally because of how professional and brilliant he is!

We switched to Walker Smale to list our home in Leeds after having a poor experience with another well-known agent in the Headingly area. We were extremely impressed with Simon’s professional and consistent communication as were always aware of any new developments during the sale. Simon secured high quality property photos that took advantage of the natural lighting in our property. The property description was detailed, accurate and presented our property in the best possible way. Simon suggested an excellent solicitor who took the stress out of home selling for us and got us to completion faster than the original estimate. If you’re looking for a professional estate agent with a personal touch, Walker Smale is the best in Leeds!
