GoogleVery highly recommended estate agent for selling. Managed to find a solid buyer for our house in good time, and in a slow market. Nick especially was very helpful, with a near super-human memory for details (he remembered us from when he showed us around a different house 5 years previously!) and very quick to return calls. Darren was also helpful and knowledgable of our sale whenever Nick was unavailable. Overall, a fantastic, reliable agency, very safe hands if you're trying to sell a property, and as a bonus were also the best value we could find in our area.

GoogleAfter using a national agent to try and sell our house for 3 months with no luck and poor communication we turned to Waldens due to the good reviews and reputation locally. Within 2 weeks they had negotiated an offer close to asking price which we happily accepted. The process and professionalism was impressive by Nick, Rob and Steve who all went above and beyond to push the sale through whilst offering a friendly and honest approach to us and our buyer. We have now exchanged contracts and completion due this Friday due to their hard work. Great service and well worth the fees. Not easy to find agents like this anymore! 100% recommend trying Waldens before going anywhere else. Thanks guys for a good job well done.

I am currently renting a property through Waldens in Kempston. I have been in the same property for over a year. I first met Craig from Waldens when viewing over a year ago. He is just the nicest of guys. Very professional, helpful, patient, and always willing & prompt when dealing with things or answering questions. I mostly communicate with Craig & Jen, who is also amazing, and works to the same high standards. I’ve rented properties previously, & encountered nothing but problems from other agents. The property I am in is immaculate & in over a year I have had no issues at all. If you’re looking to rent, I would personally advise that you only consider Waldens!!!
