I recently sold a property with Waldens help. Personal thank you to Nick for his professionalism. He promised to sell within 4 weeks and he did it even earlier. He sounded very confident. I was happy as buyers didn’t have any chain to deal with and the sale should be quick. But it was an unexpected obstacle on my way. Nick knew how to manage situation. Luckily the obstacle was sorted and the deal reached the point of completion. After creating a shortlist of potential agents, we chose Waldens. This was largely on the fantastic experience we had with Sharon. She clearly knew the area and was able to highlight the benefits of our location beyond simply describing the house itself. Throughout, Sharon was helpful and a useful font of knowledge on the wider housing market. I'd recommend Waldens and would use them again.

Our agent was Sharon and she was amazing throughout, always willing to help and go the extra mile to ensure everything was on course. Having used Waldens for a purchase back in 2019, there was no question about choosing them again, this time for a sale and purchase. Nick Webb has been personable throughout, and has felt like a friend as well as our estate agent. Me and my family are still relatively new to Bedford and really struggled with areas when viewing properties to purchase. Nick has given his honest advice and opinion, based on our individual requirements, which has helped us tremendously in securing a perfect home. In fact the whole team have been helpful, from start to finish, always being available to offer reassurance and advice. (He knows Bedford like the back of his hand it seems!). Our first purchase fell through but the team at Waldens were fantastic and kept in contact regularly with updates as well as putting us forward for suitable viewings very quickly. In Nick’s absence due to annual leave etc, Steve took over and stayed in touch with updates the whole time, again with a friendly and professional approach. Sharon has been of utmost help when I’ve called in the office with queries and has always taken the time out to explain things and reassure me. As mentioned, we have used Waldens in the past and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future. If you want to receive an honest, reliable, friendly and professional service, I would highly recommend using Waldens.

Waldens have been excellent throughout the whole process of buying our house. Rob Goldsmith was lovely, honest, reliable, always available for whatever we needed and offered support where ever he could. Nothing was ever an issue and he kept excellent contact between both us and sellers! Waldens are extremely professional, and thanks to Rob we are now the owners of our new family home and are so pleased! We would recommend Waldens for a smooth buying and selling process.

Nick Webb from Walden’s is our estate agent who has been so good in regards to the purchase of a bungalow for my mother. He has been so helpful in our endeavour to find a suitable place for her, responsive to our requests to try to expedite the purchase and has given us invaluable practical advice considering she (and my husband and I) are relatively new to the area. He was kind and courteous to the new neighbours and allowed time to chat and joke with them so mum could feel really at ease with her new surroundings. I love the fact that we have a named sales person (Nick) throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion and this has made the whole process much less stressful and really person centred.
