I moved in around august time this year and every step of the process has been 10/10. From viewing the rooms to moving in and living here for the past 3 months, everything has been very smooth. Any questions or queries I have had have always been dealt with. Ahmed and Courtney have been super helpful, couldn't recommend a place more!

Moved into an amazing studio and everything is great. Reception was really helpful and very informative. The common area facilities are more than I can ask for, which is a mix of productivity and fun. They also host DJ nights and live sport events. It’s fun to hang out with other residents.

Paradise View is a wonderful place to live for a variety of reasons. Firstly, the location is perfect, you could not ask to be better placed to access everything birmingham has to offer, it is a 5-6 minute walk from new street train station which is incredibly convenient. Next, the apartments are very high quality, I have had no maintenance issues despite being the first tenant in situ. The communal areas are brilliant, there is space to work, study, relax and have a coffee, all just a lift ride away. On top of this there is a bookable meeting room which comes in handy for conference calls! Courtney and Ahmed deliver an impeccable service and are very swift to respond to emails and or requests, not to mention that they are both always up for a chat. Getting deliveries is a dream as there is a secure room that is available 24/7 to pick up parcels from. Overall I highly recommend paradise view if you’re looking for a high quality and convenient place to live.

Paradise View is a great place to live. It is well located near New Street, with endless options for food and shopping. It is also walking distance to all 3 train stations, and located conveniently next to Town Hall tram stop. The apartments and shared social spaces are all very new and well furnished. Thank you Ahmed and Courtney for being so welcoming and always going above and beyond for the residents!

Although the facilities are good, the services of the apartment is poor, especially Courtney at the reception who has really bad attitude and even racist. She never listens to me and always hold a tough attitude but never really solves the problem.

Even though the air flow fan only works between 6am to 10pm there is not enough power. Only one fan in the middle blows in to the room. Bath and kitchen side does not work. We wake up at 2am because there is no oxygen and the room is extremely hot. The picture shown below is even with the door open. The Work space area constantly has no coffee often. They said in the contract it includes coffee. Once you move in the customer service is no longer. Avoid living here. The building is full of students even though we were quoted only 11% of rooms would be. If you go on the roof terrace all you can smell is weed from people smoking it out the windows of their room or on the roof. Doors are slammed shut at 4am and wake you up. The original PS5 got stolen due to the lack of security. If you forget your key fob you can call a number who basically then give you access to the entire building.

I’ve been living at Paradise View Rental Apartments for a while, and I have to say, the concierge team is fantastic. Courtney and Ahmed really stand out and deserve some recognition. Courtney is just lovely, she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and their needs are met. I actually knew her from my last apartment, where she was part of the letting team, so I’ve seen her exceptional work ethic for over two years now. It’s refreshing to see her bring that same dedication here at Paradise View. Ahmed is also great! He’s incredibly dependable and doesn’t hesitate to take on tasks outside his usual duties as a concierge. No matter what needs doing, Ahmed is on it. You can tell he genuinely cares about making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, having Courtney and Ahmed here makes living at Paradise View even better. They’re both incredible assets to the team, and it’s always a pleasure interacting with them!

I visited Paradise View recently and have to say it's a beautiful and calm building. The two-bed apartment I looked around was stunning and very roomy - great value for money! It's also in an excellent location, close to New Street and the city centre.
