GoogleHad a brilliant experience with Paradise View Rental Apartments. The apartments are modern, clean and in a fantastic location. A special mention to Ahmed, who was friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout. He made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended!

GoogleWas a very nice room, good social space with very nice modern and aesthetic interior. Staff were helpful and friendly and always trying to help in the best way they can. Only Issue i had was with the agency that was dealing with the initial contract business, but thats not the properties fault. Would reccomend living here.

GoogleAhmed and Courtney thank you for the service you provide at Paradise View. Geor-Dan is really enjoying her new space and we appreciate the comfort we have in knowing she’s safe and in a space that she enjoys, especially because we don’t reside in the UK, so huge thanks 💕. PV is safe, in a great location and well managed. The building requires a fob for entry, has a reception, beautifully designed shared spaces and individual apartments. The location is excellent because it’s located in the right next to a great convenience store and gym. It’s also within walking distance to all modes of transportation that arrives and departs from the city center. There’s also a tram stop very close by. We couldn’t ask for much more, so again thank you Ahmed and Courtney!

GoogleOverall, I'm satisfied. Coffee is available. It's close to the gym. It's conveniently located near the station. However, if there's no staff at reception, delivery drivers will aggressively demand that residents open the door. It would be good to establish some rules regarding deliveries.
Hi Yuta! Thanks so much for your feedback, we’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying the location and amenities at Paradise View! We provide a secure Parcel Room where all deliveries should be left by couriers, giving residents easy and convenient access. Our team are on-site Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and always happy to assist where possible. While we do our best to guide couriers as we understand the fustration - they do operate independently and we don’t have control over their actions. That said, we’ll continue encouraging them to use the Parcel Room.

GooglePlease read ! Heed my warning . I do not recommend this place to live in. 1. Constantly had no working front door for 3 weeks (had to use the side one at the very back of the building) which had no parking access. No apologies either. Not good for people with disabilities. 2. It took 5 months (yes 5 full months) for the electric billing to be sorted as the property managers had no process/care to connect with EDF after numerous attempts . Dozens of people had no idea what their bill was as they were being charged at a business’s rate (some were above £1k!) until the end where 20 tenants had to collectively contact EDF together with no assistance from paradise view at all. The electric bills of this building alone are staggering . (£200 pcm for a single person in a tiny studio) 3. My neighbour had Water damage from another apartment that leaked into their below apartment - staff knew but didn’t tell us till the smell was SO bad. @courtney. Knowing damp / water damage and not telling the below - affected tenants is wrong . The smell was horrific . No solution , just told to stay at a friends for the day while they “aired” it out. 4. Was asked to make a water bill payment twice as their team sent me the wrong payment details first. Imagine having to pay for something again because THEY didn’t send you the correct details. Then they say it’s your fault and if it’s not paid it’s on you. No accountability. 5. Staff are not at desk and dozens of Amazon packages were essentially left in public view repeatedly as staff didn’t pick them up ( a key thing which was sold to us was desk staff to pick up orders). Ahmed was the only one on site at times and had to manage the entire building alone - So I can understand that - but surel their should be 2 members of staff on site , weekdays? 6. A unnerving experience overall - there are better more longer running establishments with kinder staff members in Birmingham, that already have their electric sorted out, and are registered on Birmingham city council tax system 7. Majority of the positive reviews have been persuaded / pushed from C to tenants via private email. They did it to me when I first moved in. 8.The non refundable deposit option still means you have to have a perfect apartment when leaving otherwise you’re still charged. Just bear that in mind - I had to pay a cleaning company as a vaccum and mop is not enough. It had to meet their own standards.. 9.Beware of rats near the garbage disposal that leads into the back of the building, other reviews mention this - all that seperates the area is one singular staircase. Though rat traps were set, they have still been noted. 10. The council tax issue - Over 30 residents (known from the community app) attempted to sort out council tax in the first 6 months - but the building its self was NOT registered on the Birmingham city council system - Meaning I did not know what my council tax was but was reccomended to save until it is sorted (I saved up for 6 months and finally the building was registered so I could pay in one go) 11. The gym (which was heavily incentivised) was not available for the first 6 months. Rent was not adjusted becauase of this - though numuerous residents raised the issue. I recommend certian staff (NOT Ahmed - who is incredible at his job and friendly and community driven) to get better training, I recommend amenities are fully supplied and available and most of all I recommend before giving payment details to receive payment you ensure they are correct and finally please understand you owe you’re livelihood to the tenants. It’s not the other way around. There is no need to be rude or harsh. We are here to get along . Ahmed (one of the prop managers), youre great though, solid guy who tries his best.

Some of the issues you’ve raised, such as the front door repair and energy billing delays, were impacted by external factors and our team have strived to speed up resolutions with these where possible, but we completely understand the frustration they caused. We understand the frustration with couriers not using the dedicated Parcel Storage room correctly and we do try to work with individual couriers to ensure they use this properly. GoogleThe move in process was straightforward and easy going. Ahmed was really helpful in guiding me through the process. Both the apartment and building are extremely clean. As a resident I also got some great benefits like discounts at the gym and a nearby grocery store. Overall really happy with my decision!

GoogleLoved living at Paradise View! Paradise View is such a great place to live! They’re always organizing fun events, which makes it super easy to meet people and make new friends. It really feels like a community here, not just an apartment complex. The coworking space is a big bonus, there are even meeting rooms you can book if you need some quiet time for work or calls. Super handy if you work from home! Also, a big shoutout to Ahmed and Courtney, they’re always so helpful and friendly, and really go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. ❤️ And the location? Honestly, you can’t beat it. Everything you need is just around the corner ☺️
