GoogleNOT SAFE. DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY. Only consider if you have backup options and you are in a safe and secure position before considering this site! To explain, my wife and I went there and were very happy with the studio. We were very happy with the room, less so about the bike area (unfortunately filled with waterlogged drowned rats exposed to the outdoors) but for the price it was reasonable and we were very happy with it. They use a 3rd party background checker called "Homepeople" which check your finances and so on but the problem is they have no phone number just an direct messager. You may think you're talking to AI with thm but apparantly it is not the case however the actual experience of dealing with them is not human in any way shape or form. It was frustrating to navigate and if they request something they'll ask for some paperwork to be done in the next hour or your application will be closed. There was an issue that required me to call the location site as homepeople said it was not their problem. I phoned and paradise didn't answer. I kept ringing, panicking because we needed to get this place sorted, we were so so scared of losing it but paradise wouldn't pick up the phone. Even now I look over my interactions at that moment and the worst I really can think of was a commented about homeppl to Courtney in which I said "I'm sorry for bothering you guys, it's these homepeople guys, they're just braindead. No offense to yourselves I know paradise staff are not the homepeople staff and you guys are doing fine." So I updated paradise and I begin to rush back, it appears at that time courtney was annoyed she had to do the email. Even now I really try to imagine what kind of tone or words I could of said to her to of made her cancel my application later but this is all I know. ((Had to edit and needed to reduce some text)) Homepeople are a nightmare as far as third party finance checkers go. Total and complete automated humans, incapable of independant thought. They made it impossible to deal with the application and gave me "next day" ultimatums while trying to deal with 2 other people. They felt being compared to AI was too accurate and sent an email telling Courtney stopping the application I went back there with my wife, apologising for behaviour. She must have felt so strongly about defending the AI stylised agents that that was personal justification in itself. She let us beg in front of her and she did so quietly and composed because her decision had already been made. A woman I had never brought any trouble to was so absolutely appauled I would comment on AI chat-bot agents I didn't deserve a place to live. The next couple of days had been the worst of my life and i've had some pretty low moments in my life. The upheaval was horrendous and i'll always have Courtney to thank. I only felt brave enough to write this review only when the last absolute detail of my new place was sorted. I can only Imagine if courtney had her way, I'd be homeless entirely kicked out onto the street and divorced because in her eyes, I do not even deserve the opportunity to rent. To her, I don't deserve happiness and she is the moral compass for everyone she meets. So as I said before, do not consider this place provided Courtney is still an agent there and do not risk the time spent in background checks and your deposit if you are in a precarious situation. Courtney will decide weather you deserve to have a place or not. Every residential complex can decide on who they allow but this place has a truly biased decision. They'll say protection of their staff but they just enjoy excercising their power to discriminate on those they don't like. Be safe **Update**: Courtney reached out to my family and I asking for the review to be taken down because quote "That wasn't my decision to make". To which i'll quote Courtney: "Thank you for your apology but I will not be considering your application. Instead, take this opportunity to grow and learn and perhaps treat others better going forward"

GoogleShould've heeded Luke's warning when I read his review. The management of this place is very unprofessional and rude (yes I am talking about the same person Luke mentioned). I went in for a viewing and wanted to book the room straightaway. But my emails and calls were ignored, until finally she picked up and spoke to me in a rude tone. Apparently the room I wanted had already been booked and she was too 'busy' to reply to my emails. That's funny because I'm pretty sure that while she was 'too busy' to reply to me, she was probably replying to the people who she'd rather rent the room and helping them with their application. This place is classist and very unprofessional, don't go for it unless you're ready to be humiliated by the manager.

GoogleI’ve been living at Paradise View Rental Apartments for a while, and I have to say, the concierge team is fantastic. Courtney and Ahmed really stand out and deserve some recognition. Courtney is just lovely, she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and their needs are met. I actually knew her from my last apartment, where she was part of the letting team, so I’ve seen her exceptional work ethic for over two years now. It’s refreshing to see her bring that same dedication here at Paradise View. Ahmed is also great! He’s incredibly dependable and doesn’t hesitate to take on tasks outside his usual duties as a concierge. No matter what needs doing, Ahmed is on it. You can tell he genuinely cares about making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, having Courtney and Ahmed here makes living at Paradise View even better. They’re both incredible assets to the team, and it’s always a pleasure interacting with them!

GoogleI have recently moved into Paradise View and I am very excited. My flat is fabulous! It is located very centrally, with everything within walking distance. Ahmed and Courtney are great and have organized events for residents, which have been good fun!

GoogleI couldn't be happier with my choice to live at Paradise View Apartments!The apartments feature quality finishes, great natural lighting, and smart layouts that maximize space. The soundproofing between units is excellent. Ahmed is exceptional - always responsive and genuinely caring about resident comfort. The common area has become a vibrant hub for remote work and community gatherings, with comfortable seating, fast WiFi, and a great atmosphere. One of the best recent additions the new Anytime Fitness gym right in the building. Residents get special subsidized rates, making it incredibly convenient to maintain a fitness routine without leaving the premises. It's a game-changer for busy professionals! The location in the city centre is unbeatable, with everything from restaurants to shopping within walking distance. Public transport connections are excellent, making commuting a breeze. The building maintenance team keeps everything spotless, from the lobby to the elevators. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a premium living experience in the heart of the city!

GoogleIf i could provide a minus 1 review for this place i would. Courtney the manager has a complete lack of empathy or concern for any of the residents. Once you sign your contract any issues that you might have won't be addressed they just want your monthly rent. When we moved in we was told no more than 11% of the building would be rented to students, this is not the case. Their is no security within the building, 2 PS5's have been stolen from the downstairs lounge area since we have lived here. If you forget your fob you are given a code for a box outside and you can access the entire building! Well worth the city centre payment for your room to be accessed by anyone. The roof terrace is in disrepair. panels missing and the furniture nowhere enough for the residents that reside here. The trains exit Birmingham New Street station underneath the building and diesel exhaust fumes are put in to your room through the filtration system under the building. If you are on the lower floors you will hear the trains passing under the building. Do not move here you will regret it! The management from VervLife were here recently and were laughing how residents at a block in Manchester that they manage were frightened to leave the block because of the drug dealing and knife crime outside the building. This is how much VervLife will care about you! Do not rent from these people they are putting your lives at risk with their lack of security.

GoogleAmazing service from viewing (was shown 3 different apartments to evaluate the options available) to moving in (my keys were available pretty much as soon as I made my first payment and signed the paperwork. Referencing very quick and was kept in the loop at all times by the staff arranging my move. Staff on site are happy to help with any queries you have, there are great facilities including meeting rooms and a private dining room to name just a couple (although I don't make use of most of them, I will utilise the roof terrace in summer). If you are looking for somewhere in the city centre with a hassle free move I highly recommend Paradise View. Book your viewing today and you will want to move as soon as you have a look around.

GoogleI moved into this building a week ago, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The common area is beautiful, spacious, and full of entertainment options. The building is extremely well-maintained and always clean. The team is friendly, available, and ready to help whenever needed. A special thanks to Mohamed, who assisted me during the viewing, he was very kind and welcoming. Great bicycle parking as well! Highly recommended!

GoogleLiving in paradise view has many advantages, especially for those who enjoy city life. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient. Shops and restaurants are excellent, with a wide variety to choose from, including some amazing Chinese restaurants. Being in the city center means everything is within walking distance, which adds to the convenience. Transportation is another highlight. The location offers easy access to bus, coach, and train stations, making it simple to travel locally or even nationally. Public transport is frequent and reliable, adding to the appeal of the area. One of the best parts of living here is the apartment staff, especially Muhammad Ahmed Aziz, who is EXCELLENT. He always brings a positive and friendly vibe, making residents feel welcome and comfortable.

GoogleI've lived at Paradise View for about 8 months now, and I've had a wonderful time so far. The location is ideal for someone who chooses to be close to the city centre. It provides easy access to shops, services, and transport links. The building in itself is very well-managed and beautifully designed. It has a great social space, with several facilities for residents. The building has a mail room, co-working space (a huge plus for those of us who work remotely, I know it is for me), and even a private dinner room. A recent addition is the Anytime Fitness gym just next door which has made the experience even better. I've been quite satisfied with my stay.

The tea, coffee and refreshments within the co-working space, while not included in our lease terms, are something we try to provide whenever possible for residents’ enjoyment and these are topped up frequently. We’ll continue exploring ways to improve our shared spaces and offering. Paradise View has a mix of all types of resident demographic, from working professionals, families, and students. This changes as and when our residents join and leave us. The airflow was resolved a few months ago, but please reach out directly if this is not the case, and if you’d like further assistance.
