Vanquish Real Estate reviews in Greenwich and Tower Hamlets

I’ve come across many letting agencies over the years and it’s safe to say Vanquish aren’t just better than the rest, they’re flawless. This review comes in large to Max, who I struggle to believe has been in the industry for less than a year - he’s hands down been the best agent we’ve worked with in our 8 years renting in London. From the first call and throughout the whole process, Max took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for, found us an amazing property that matched perfectly, and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. He had all our questions answered quickly and accurately, while also going above and beyond to supply us with any additional information we might not of known we needed. Max made the whole process feel easy (which is definitely a rarity in the London market these days!) It’s clear from all of the other reviews that Vanquish have an outstanding reputation and Max is an absolute credit to the team - I’m very much looking forward to having them as our property managers for the next couple of years and will definitely be going through them when we move in the future. If you are looking to work with an agency that genuinely listens, is communicative, offers both high quality properties & customer service, and who, most importantly, you can trust, then I cannot recommend Max and the Vanquish team enough. Thanks for all your help so far!!

Max has been an absolutely amazing agent, answering all my questions, and always going the extra mile to help me out. Renting in london is insane, but an agent like Max makes it feel breezy. Agne, is also very very cool! I highly recommend this letting agency! :D

We had a great experience with Vanquish through Daniel Taylar a few weeks ago. He was very keen on following up on us , sharing the available flat before they were in the markets and made our life much easier when we have decided on our current flat. Thank you so much Daniel for all of your support, you have made us find our new home! All my best Revna

Max organised a great viewing and answered all our questions promptly during and after the visit - this was really helpful when we were on a tight timeline to find a new home. He really considered all our needs carefully and advised us accordingly. Vanquish ensured the flat was finished to such a high quality! It’s been nice learning about all the different features in the flat and the overall support available too.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Agne during our recent apartment search, and we couldn't be more grateful for her help. From the very beginning, Agne took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and she found us an amazing apartment that met all of our needs, and more! Throughout the entire process, Agne was incredibly supportive, responsive, and proactive. She guided us every step of the way, answering all our questions, handling any concerns, and making sure everything ran smoothly. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond, whether it was arranging viewings at short notice, helping with paperwork, or simply checking in to ensure everything was on track. Her professionalism, knowledge, and personal touch made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. We highly recommend Agne to anyone looking for an estate agent who is not only experienced and efficient, but also genuinely kind and committed to their clients. Thank you again, Agne, for everything!

I have the worst experience with this agency . I gave them my flat to let because i live in UAE. I was dealing with Ben Cann. My flat was being subleted all the time and I knew from the porters . He claimed not to know! . Then after I showed him proof, he said the tenants promised it was one time! Then I gave them 2 months notice to evacuate. 3 days before he said may be they will not leave so obviously he knew! They DID NOT LEAVE . Moreover , Funnily enough they have not paid rent for 3 months! Currently, they are in my flat , not leaving and not paying! UP TO THIS MOMENT nothing has been done. My only way out according to him is COURT! After all this and offcourse they are taking management fees . I really wonder what are they managing. I TRULY advise anyone not to deal with this place. I have all documents to prove this. DR SIHAM ELRASOUL ABU DHABI UAE I would like to add to this review: half an hour after posting it i was called by someone called Mr michael and during discussion he told me that my review was odd and that they are trying to help me now and yet I will not change the review! I absolutely bielve more and more now that what is happening in this place Is very awkward ! And I WILL NOT TAKE BACK MY REVIEW if this is what they are trying to force me to do !!!!!! DR SIHAM

The agency managed my last lease and it was the smoothes process I have ever had when renting a place in London. They have clear processes in place, are very professional, always helpful and friendly. Andreas, Joanna and Agne were the ones who helped me out during my tenancy and found me the place. I had an incredible nice time living in Woolwich, thanks Andreas for convincing me to see the place :D !
