Excellent letting experience with Max

Our most interaction with Vanquish has been through Max so far and he has been extremely proactive right from the start. He sent us videos of available properties for our reference, accommodated viewings on the same day with only a few hours of notice and very patiently gave us a thorough tour of the building and area during the viewing. Even after our offer was accepted and processed, Max was always responsive and around to help us with all the questions that we had. He kept us in loop at every step throughout the process and helped us with all the information needed to make the move as easy for as possible.

Outstanding service from Vanquish Real Estate We sold our flat in West Carriage House, Woolwich Arsenal with Vanquish and couldn’t be happier with the service. Deeply disappointing service. I would strongly advise avoiding this rental agency. Our interactions with Vanquish were initially very friendly, but once we raised issues about cleaning and repairs in the apartment, emails went unanswered and the tone shifted noticeably. Unlike other London agencies we’ve used before (such as JLL), Vanquish relies on its own in-house property inspectors rather than independent third-party contractors, leading to non-objective outcomes. After submitting this review, we received calls and emails from Vanquish asking us to remove the review rather than focusing on resolving the underlying issues. I appreciate that our experience does not reflect the many five-star reviews on Google, but after experiencing the follow-up pressure to withdraw our feedback, it comes as a no surprise. If you value your time, I would recommend choosing a more reputable rental agency.
