GoogleAbsolute joke. Went to view 26 waveley rd today. Says fully let for 20/21 academic year. I twice spoken to agent as said was currently advertised for next academic year. Allegedly its let for next year also now 21/22. Looking for investment. Travelled from south of Oxford. Turns out when we view place been empty since Nov. Dropped ceilings. Fair number of bad cracks. Without doubt place been condemned by council. Obviously present owner milked it all they could of profit without any running repairs. Will never trust Up Estates again. In a word - DISHONEST

GoogleWhat can I say more than thank you! We had what can only be described as the worst experience on buying and selling...but Upestates held our hand, told us it would be ok and we got there in the end. They were phenomenal with us. Everytime we lost a buyer (this happened a lot due to random reasons from them and in no way Upestates fault!!!), Harry especially took it to heart. He felt our struggle and helped us to eventually get the successful move we wanted. Thank you for being so quick to respond, to act on requests and generally being all round polite and great team. GoogleWe are a happy returning customer and have sold a number of properties with Up Estates over the years and every time, they have got a great number of people through the doors quickly and subsequently sold each house STC within a very short timescale. We couldn't be more pleased with their assistance in selling our properties. From getting that initial sell, to chasing the chains/ solicitors and taking the stress out of getting those final contracts signed and keys handed over. Each time we have found the team to be polite, informative, patient whilst actively pursuing the sale of each of of our properties. GoogleThe team that were selling my property were great, found me 2 buyers very quickly. The sales progression however was terrible. I had to chase for updates, was told I would receive call backs which didn't always happen and it felt more like they were working for my buyer than for me. Such a shame after such a great start.
