GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Bobby trying to find our next home. We are still in the process of deciding, but Bobby has not only been professional, but extremely COVID safe, responsive and kind. If we don't end up working with him this time around, we will definitely seek him out next time we need to find a home.

GoogleMy experience of Tuffin and Wren has been incredible in a number of different ways: - they are supportive: Chandler and Bobby were always there for us whenever we needed their support (including providing support when they were on annual leave!) - they are responsive: I would also get an email/message/call after requesting help on something - they are friendly: throughout my experience, the staff there would always have a smile/be positive and extremely kind The list goes on and on... I'm not one to usually leave google reviews but have taken the time to write this review as they definitely deserve it. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent/buy

GoogleIt was reassuring to be buying via Tuffin and Wren, they kept the pressure on all parties to get the sale progressed and really helped us understand how best to navigate through the process efficiently. I found they struck an excellent balance been professionalism and affability. Chandler was in particular excellent and went above and beyond to let in tradespeople to quote for work.

GoogleMy wife and I lived in a property they managed. They rented out the flat to us with multiple repairs that needed doing, we had to ask multiple times for their help, with which they took months to sort out. They couldn't even sort out getting a correct gas certificate properly. During the pandemic, they asked us to leave as our landlord had to move back in. I couldn't work due to shielding and they made us jump through multiple hoops to get a tiny discount off the last months rent. On top of that they kept trying to get money out of us from the deposit on base-less and unsubstantiated grounds and we had to take it to arbitration. We asked for a contractors quote multiple times, and when they eventually sent one to us, it was very obviously fake - no reference number, not written like a quote at all, nothing came up when searching their name or contact number on Google etc. They kept adding things on, whilst using a number of manipulation and confusion tactics. In the end they had to drop their extortionate claim during the dispute with DPS as they didn't have any tangible proof. I wouldn't ever rent a flat from them again, and I really hope no one else has to deal with the amount of stress they caused myself and my wife due their greed.

GoogleIt is very rare I will verbalise my disappointment in someone but I was unable to leave without telling the person I was dealing with, how unhelpful he was. Whether he was aware of it or not, the approach to customer service today left me feeling like my being there was a huge inconvenience. I feel sorry for the home owner who is using them to rent his property. Having been to another agent today I know that it is absolutely possible to be pleasant and helpful even with this terrible pandemic. I am shocked at the lack of basic communication skills. In my brief experience I have been put off for life, however I’m sure the right person on the right day may peak their interest enough that they glance up from their laptops, look you in the eye and engage in a polite, helpful conversation that doesn’t leave you feeling like a stranger crashing a birthday party.

GoogleTuffin and Wren are spot on at the advice they give. Transparent and direct but therefore it is very helpful. I realised Bobby was not only straight in advice point of view but also so understanding when I needed his help to look at the property. He actually took his time out and did video viewing after 5 olcok Saturday. I call it a real customer care and concern. I wholeheartedly felt so thankful especially I live away from London.

GoogleI sold my property via the Hanwell branch of Tuffin and Wren in 2018/19. The Sales Manager, Debra Harridge & Suzanne Meredith were responsible for the sale and she was supportive and helpful throughout, despite it not being a straight forward sale (nothing to do with Tuffin and Wren). Debra priced the property reasonably, found two buyers and the competition between the two ended up getting an asking price offer. The offer was validated and the buyer went through with the sale, despite having to wait due to some issues with the property. The cost seems very reasonable compared to competitors (1.25%) and overall I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone selling in the Hanwell area.

GoogleHighly Recommended!!! My experience dealing with Debra has been extremely smooth. She is highly motivate and proactive professional. The thing I admired about her is that she is a problem solver. We had given up on our buy when our sale fell apart as the buyers pulled out at the last minute. The property we were interested was taken off the market. But Debra never gave up and persevered. GoogleWe recently purchased our first property via Tuffin & Wren. After going through extremely unpleasant agency experiences (Dexter Acton) we had completely lost confidence in professionalism of Estate Agents. However, when we connected with Tuffin & Wren - it was the best experience, their service is exceptionally good, highly communicative, prompt reply to queries, full support throughout the process of sale/purchase. In particular, Chandler showed great professionalism and support and went above and beyond what normal Agent would do and seeing the sale right through to completion and even past that she continued to offer exceptional service. I would have no hesitation without doubt recommending Tuffin & Wren to any prospective buyer or seller.
