FacebookWe bought our first property back in 2013 from Trading Places and in the last month have just sold our property and purchased our second house, again through Trading Places. Safe to say, if we didn't rate Trading Places as a 5 star Estate Agency we wouldn't have returned to use them again! We found Rob, Liz, Danielle and the team fantastic from start to finish. Rob took the time to come to our house late in the evening and talk everything through with us. He has a great knowledge of the market and it was reassuring that he was local to the area. Liz was fantastic throughout in keeping us up to date and Danielle helped us secure our dream home! We couldn't recommend Trading Places highly enough - they get results, offer a personal touch and really care about getting the best result as both a buyer and seller. All of this at an affordable price means we will 100% be using Trading Places for our next big move!
You are a lovely couple and the whole team wishes you the best for the future in your new home. Thank you for your kind words.

FacebookDing dong! I sold and purchased with Trading Places one week before Christmas. It has to be said that the whole team were fantastic, from start to finish and have completely changed my view of estate agents. First impressions matter, so Steven’s expertise and local valuation knowledge was spot-on and reassuring. The wonderful Rob and Liz handled the rest of the process with a friendly, professional manner that achieved the desired results and had a valuable calming effect over a stressful period. They handled the crucial moments with ease but they also handled the basics right, such as always being available and responding quickly on the phone and email - simple stuff I know but doesn’t half make life easier. Oh and another thing, they called us up to wish us a Merry Christmas in our new house. Sums up what genuine, lovely people Trading Places are.
Lovely comments. Thank you

FacebookI just bought my property through Trading Places. The deal almost fell through as the vendor had 2nd thought. Thanks to the staff's great effort, they managed to persuade the vendor to proceed so I now can enjoy my new property. Great agency to use!
Thank you for your kind words! We wish you the best of luck in your new home ????

FacebookThank you to Rob and the team for their excellent, professional support in the purchase of my beautiful home in Whalley Range. The comparison to other estate agents put Trading Places in Chorlton in a league above. Constant support, updates and mitigation on some of the tricky delays associated with the chain made the value add service totally appreciated. I recommend them highly for the sale or purchase of homes in the South Manchester area.
Thank you for your kind words, all the team at Trading Places wish you a bright future in your new home.

FacebookWe recently sold our house through Trading Places in Chorlton and I have to say that I was impressed with the service from beginning to end. Rob Hull was instrumental in us selling our house quickly and for a very good price. He was extremely personable, upfront and honest, which I particularly liked, and once we had sold the house, kept in touch with us constantly to let us know what was going on and to find out how we were progressing. We had some difficult moments with the chain post-sale, and Rob was extremely supportive and helpful throughout - going above and beyond our expectations - nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend his services enough. Thank you Rob and Trading Places for everything!
Thank you for you kind words, its much appreciated. Good luck to the future. Kind regards.
