GoogleI cannot recommend the Property Hive enough. Sylvia Mugglestone and her team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble from the moment contact is made to raise a viewing for a valuation through to the day of the sale. They even assisted us with negotiating the purchase of our new house. Sylvia has a bubbly outlook on life and makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we ever move/sell again and certainly would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They offer the full package and have loads of contacts so can point you in the direction of solicitors, moving companies etc.

GoogleMy experience with Property Hive has been very positive so far. When Sylvia came to value my property I was very unsure about the process. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me. There was no pressure to go on the market straight away and I was given plenty of time to make my decision. Very genuine knowledgeable lady. Once I decided to go ahead Louise contacted me and has been very helpful and supportive throughout. Nothing too much trouble. I had several viewing’s within a few days and 2 offers within a week. In fact all the staff I have spoken too at Property Hive have been polite, helpful and patient. Fingers crossed all goes well from here.

Their level of communication, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile, especially during the later end of the process when it seemed to stall, for reasons outside of their control, meant they kept the process moving to a successful conclusion.
