GoogleHaving recently come on with The Property Hive my experience has been easy and efficient. Ruby who now manages my property has given great advice to myself as a landlord on everything I needed to sort out and provided an excellent standard of care for my tenants. The company’s letting package is also great and I’ve been pleased with all the professionals they’ve recommended and I’ve used so far. This has helped me organise myself as a landlord and I would use the company time and time again.

GoogleSylvia was very informative and made us happier with the prospect of selling our property. We were very happy and agreed with the valuation. Sylvia's energy is Infectious and was a leading factor in us deciding to use The property HIVE. I can not comment on the service after the valuation as we then sold our property privately and did not need to use an agent in the end. We did however believe that HIVE could absolutely sell our property and would recommend anyone to atleast get a valuation done with them.

GoogleWe appointed The Property Hive to act as our agent whilst selling our late mother’s home. It was a pleasure to meet with Sylvia initially, whose in-depth understanding of the local property market put us at east straight away. She kindly took the time to discuss any worries we had and offered advice above and beyond her remit, such as recommendations for the house clearance. Refreshingly, we were not pressured when we were unable to put the house on the market immediately, which was a welcome relief. Throughout the process, we dealt with a variety of staff, including Abbie, Ruby, Louise, and Michelle, all of whom we appreciate for their diligence, professionalism, and kindness. We would especially like to thank Chloe for her assistance during the final stages of the sale. She liaised with our buyers, kept us regularly updated with the progress and even arranged a boiler service! Every request was warmly accommodated and quickly handled. We cannot thank Chloe and the team enough for helping make an emotive sale proceeded with ease and would highly recommend The Property Hive to anyone in the area wishing to buy or sell a home.

Google5 Stars just aren't enough! After starting the sale of our property with another agent (Please avoid those that take a fee upfront as full payment, they have no interest once they have your money) we moved to The Property Hive and i couldn't be happier. They did exactly what they promised, improved the photographs, kept in contact when they said they would even when there was nothing really to report. Friendly, honest and always available when you wanted to talk to someone. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Special mentions to Michelle, Chloe and Louise. GoogleThe Property Hive managed my rental property for 6 years and were always superb. I am now in the process of selling the property with them and it has been a smooth stress less experience.
