GoogleHome hub in general offer a good service however there has been one issue that concerns me. After repeated attempts to try an get a rodent removed they have failed in doing so. I have been told that there is no entry point for the rat to get in but clearly this is not the case, as it still has entry to property. apparently there is no evidence of a rat being present but I have seen it on dozens of occasions and as I'm scared of them haven't been able to obtain evidence. I find it hard to believe the people that have been sent in have done a competent job otherwise the problem would have been rectified.

GoogleTwo and a half years ago I bought a property in Southampton as an investment to rent out and I used "Home Hub" who fully managed the letting for me. They have always been efficient, honest and polite and I can only give them my highest recommendation!

Once I had agreed on the flat I wanted to rent, the whole process was really quick and efficient, from arranging the paperwork and setting up payments, to moving in. I would definitely recommend using Home Hub Southampton to anyone renting in the Southampton area.

GoogleI am a doctor/researcher working in University Hospital of Southampton, moved into Southampton almost a year now. Having had some experience renting different apartments/houses in different areas (due to my rotations in different hospitals) and dealing with various letting agents, I am truly happy and pleased with the service and hospitality of Home-Hub. Communication at the start was easy, very prompt and clear. Paperwork and logistics was straightforward. The Home-Hub agents have been very pleasant and helpful. And of-course, the property I rented has been a great place to live in for an amazingly descent price. Would certainly recommend contacting Home-Hub if looking for a property in Southampton!

GoogleBeen with them over a year and a half. Smallest issues they send someone out to fix and have this house back to what it was. No troubles at all and they keep you updated with everything professionally and we will be extending another year with them.

GoogleIve use Home Hub for many years and found them to be very professional and friendly. They have alway managed to rent out my properties quicker than other agents with quality tenants. Would definately recommend using them!

GoogleThe worse estate agency for students and young professionals in Southampton. Awful experience especially with the manager John and the agent Soph, both very rude and never keen in sorting out problems. When I moved in they didn't provide any mirror in any room, not even in the toilet. I personally was using the front camera of my laptop and the guys were shaving using the mirrored door of the microwave. Once I emailed them to give notice for a late payment, because I had a car crash and I was in the hospital. The manager John replied to my email saying that if I was late with the payment he would had given me a bad reference when I would move to another place. My worse experience ever in the UK. Luckily when I moved out, I didn't need any reference from them and also they gave me back the full deposit as I left the room immaculate and even more clean than it was, as you can see from the pictures.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. Looking at your tenancy I can see that there were a few issues where damage was made to the room and where there was late payment of rent.
