As my landlord was selling up I had to find a new place to live asap. Just on an off chance thought I'd ask these guys if I might be in a position to buy or should I look for a new rental. Tried to do my research online but was finding conflicting and unclear information cause of me working two jobs. Straight away Alison put my fears to rest and got me mortgage in principal and arranged a solicitor on the same day. After, I only managed to go to 2 viewings and put in 1 offer which was accepted right away. Had to wait a bit for a seller to refresh home report, but once that was ready, mortgage offer came through in a couple of days. Sammy kept me updated all the way through the process. Furthermore, every step was clearly explained and I received summary reports of our discussions and agreements for my review and reassurance. Everyone was lovely, extremely helpful and genuinely non-pushy. I would highly recommend.

From the start Sammy and Alison were Amazing .. As a person who didn’t have a clue about mortgages how to set one up how to apply even where to begin , they took control and it was all smooth transition, from The daffiest question they would always go above and beyond to re assure you what is happening and why it’s happening . Myself & my daughter met with Kevin to discuss a mortgage for my daughter (first time buyer). There is nothing Kevin doesn’t know about mortgages. Very informative and my daughter had a mortgage in principle within one hour. Amazing service. Kevin also put me onto his lovely colleague Sammy to help with combining my utility bills. Sammy talked me through everything on utility warehouse and I am now able to save £178.50 per month on my bills by switching over to utility warehouse. Sammy sorted everything out and did the switch from her side, no need for me to do anything. Highly recommend Sammy from the home hub. There is no hard sell or pressure to change over, it is entirely your decision and she is always there to answer any questions you may have. Fantastic service from both Kevin for mortgages and Sammy for utility bills. Thanks guys!

I used the Home Hub to sell my existing house and arrange the mortgage for my new house. I’d used their mortgage services before and knew already that the service was going to be top notch based on previous experience. The estate agency side was just as great. They arranged the home report, had beautiful pictures taken and were very diligent with following up potential interest. Craig and Jackie had my house sold within a couple of days. Kevin had my mortgage in principle at the best rate within a couple of hours of speaking to him and my formal offer through in around a week.
