GoogleCraig had been an amazing agent, and a companion with me for the past year, he had been really helpful and genuine in helping me to build up my portfolio for property investment in glasgow, not only he had sourced some great properties with great returns, but also he had been helping me, as an overseas investor, from Hong Kong, to taking care of the properties and tenants! I would absolutely recommend Craig, if you are from Hong Kong, and planning to invest, or relocate to UK, I would highly recommend Craig to help you through the whole process!

GoogleSold my home in October 22 with The Home Hub. Advice on pricing was spot on and I really appreciated how accessible they were. I could make contact any day, any time and could always guarantee a quick reply. This was also true for potential buyers who could arrange viewings online or via the phone at any time. I was always kept informed of feedback from viewers which was really helpful. I also made some changes along the way and there was never an issue updating photos or details. My home was sold within one week of being on the market. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The house sold seamlessly and Craig dealt with everything so we weren't inconvenienced at all through the whole process. I would highly recommend the Home Hub and would use them again in the future.

GoogleI can't say enough good things about the service and care I got from Craig and his team at Home Hub from beginning till end. My mum had recently passed away and Craig made it as easy process as he could have in order to market and sell her property.. His communication with me was excellent the whole way through and follow up post sale was amazing also. I am selling again soon and will definitely be calling on Home Hub to sell my house .

Service is amazing from Craig coming out to view our house and giving his advice about value and anything to help create a purchase from buyers. Arranging viewings and communicating to ensure all was good. Had our house sold in 1 week. Then Kevin helping with our mortgage and insurances etc for our new house. Communication along the way was excellent at a pretty stressful time. Mortgage approved and ready very quickly. 100% recommend the Home Hub and will use again if we need but will recommend all my friends and family. Sharon

GoogleI tried to rent a flat from HomeHub back in July 2021 and paid a holding deposit. It’s now almost 1 year on and I have just managed to get my deposit money back through taking them to small claims court. I was accused of lying, creating false emails/identities and hacking their system, etc. Luckily the judge who heard the case actually saw the truth hence why I got my money back! I should have never been treated this way at all and even though I have received my money back in full now, I haven’t had a single apology from any member of their team. Utterly disgraceful business - avoid at all costs if you don’t want any trouble!
Hi Phoebe Sorry you had a bad experience but this issue was passed over as the staff members in question are no longer employed by Home Hub, after looking through all the email chain involved and speaking to the property owner in question, we took legal advice and it was decided the costs involved to fight this case whoever was proved to be at fault was too high for the claim size. to be clear we have not accused you of faking identities or hacking our system.

Google*Update* I was very keen to move into Dorval Manor, there was a huge lack of communication. I paid my holding fee and eventually paid the deposit when they got back to me. 2 days before I was surpose to move in I finally had some repsonse. Just to tell me they have not got the gas and electric certificate. They did not know when it was going to be done. Only allowing me 2 days before I could have became homeless. Thankfully they was another agency (look at my reviews) that were able to help me with the minimal time I had. Homehub is a company that do not care for their customers. They lack communication. It was all now hill.
Hi William, we are sorry you may of had a bad experience with Home hub but we cannot see you as ever being a client of ours, if you want to contact us as we are always keen to see if anything can be inproved our end as we want everyone to be happy where ever possible. Just wanted to add to this as I remember it now, this was down to the landlord, he was always very slow and difficult but came through in the end but last minute, this time he did not and even after you had to find something else he let us down, he is no longer one of our landlords as we do not want our name associated with this kind of situation again.
