GoogleThe service that Taylor’s provides is outstanding. They found a buyer for our property within 2 days, and sale was completed within almost 2 months. Communication throughout was flawless. They took the stress out of what is usually a very stressful situation. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, massive thank you to the whole team at Taylor’s!

Google5 STAR!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to another agent who was only interested in their money and wasn’t acting in my interest but the buyer!!! I can’t believe the difference when I went with Taylor’s, from the start Leo came to do a valuation and didn’t rush me with me whaffling! then the communication when Donna, Darcy and Jodie rung to book viewings making sure it was convenient and immediately sent a confirmation email then a text message prior to the viewings and an email feedback quickly. Harrison and Jude did the viewings and were always very respectful and polite. I had a call from Jodie congratulating me on exchange. Everyone at Taylor’s has been amazing, fantastic communication, very professional and friendly, nothing was too much bother from all of the team! although everyone was amazing I want to say a massive thank you to Paula and Debbie. Paula initially dealt with people Offering on my property. I sold 3 times, the previous two times the buyers pulled out! Paula rung me at 6.50pm after working hours to tell me rather than wait until the next day and was so emphatic! When I sold the third time and progressed Debbie took over and again ringing me out of office hours and even trying sort issues out numerous times on her days off!! Both Paula and Debbie have been amazing and gone above and beyond to get my sale!! It has not been an easy process and taken a long time but they both word endlessly and working in my best interest at all times!! Both Paula and Debbie told me to ring anytime I needed talk or chat things over as they knew I was a worrier! I CANNOT RECOMMEND TAYLORS HIGHLY ENOUGH!!! if your thinking of putting your house on the market look no further from start to finish all of the team have been amazing, polite, professional, respectful, empathetic, friendly!!!! GoogleTaylors provided a seamless service to me when selling my house, from the valuation through to the final steps with solicitors and completion. Darcie was great at getting us onto Rightmove and handling our setup. Paula and Harrison were excellent and carried out over 30 viewings, while Debbie advocated for our completion down to the last minute, chasing our solicitor and always letting me know the latest developments. I felt thoroughly looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to use Taylor’s for our next move. Lovely team :)

From our first meeting with Jon who completed our valuation, to meeting Lauren who was extremely helpful and informative and took superb photos, to Harrison doing an excellent job accompanying potential buyers at our viewings, we have had a first class experience. We have sold subject to contract today and have been sent the link to a solicitors that work closely with Taylor’s. A first class and efficient experience so far and I would highly recommend Taylor’s and the amazing team if you are considering selling or buying a property.

GoogleI had Jon Norton around to do a valuation from the Paignton branch, he under valued my property greatly and used a racist saying as a metaphor, he clearly had no idea what the saying truly meant. I used Taylors in 2017 and Leo was great but after Jon's insult and 1970's mindset I would never use them again.
