GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Rang to ask to view an advertised property. Was told no date for viewing had been set yet & they will do block bookings. Not at all friendly or helpful.

We are very sorry to hear you feel that you have had an unsatisfactory response to your recent enquiry. Due to the property in question being currently occupied we arrange a one hour viewing window which is acceptable to the current tenant to minimise disruption and to enable multiple viewings in this period. With such high demand in the area we find this is the best way to manage the process with properties going under application very quickly. Please accept our sincere apologies if our response to your enquiry was less than satisfactory. Please be assured that this matter has been addressed.

GooglePersonal opinion-Like swimming in a sea full of sharks and bleeding heavily, or possibly visiting a rogues convention. After years of experiencing βTamlynsβ I would sooner let a Rogue Trader or Crimewatch suspect look after my financial affairs. Rude, egotistical and high pressure tactics in my opinion and experience , whether your buying or selling ,I believe they will shaft you at every turn. Tamlynβs from my personal experience will wilfully pressurise you to buy a property with major undisclosed issues or act in a dubious pricing manner if selling. Either way drop kick your wallet as far from Tamlyns door as you can. Would give zero stars if possible.
