Dear James We are sorry you did not find our fees acceptable, as explained on the phone legislation has changed significantly since you last let your property in 2015. 2019 saw the biggest change in legislation for the lettings industry in twenty years with the introduction of the Tenant Fee Act 2019, which means landlords and agents can no longer charge tenants fees, meaning agents income was cut by half. At Tamlyns costs savings were made in-house to absorb some of the loss and the balance was recovered from landlords having the first fee increase in eight years. We believe at Tamlyns we offer a value for money comprehensive service with no hidden extras and hope you will continue to be a valued customer. Kind regards Julie

GoogleFantastic service, extremely professional, kept us up to date every step of the way. We live a long way from the property we were selling and Dan and Mark went above and beyond to help in sorting out a couple of issues we had to save us a 3 hour drive down to Somerset. Thank you both so much. Best wishes Debbie Donnelly
