Difficult buying experience - slow and arrogant legal team were a pain to deal with, but we got there in the end. Moving in experience has been great though, with all snags rapidly sorted out and a lovely welcome from the team on the ground.

You can tell he really cares and regularly goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping residents or just making everyone feel welcome. He’s a big part of what makes the building such a pleasant place to live.

Trustpilot4.5/5 premium, but with minor flaws
Berkeley has a strong reputation for offering premium properties, and that is largely my experience with their Glasswater Locks project. Most aspects were delivered against the top standard. There were some minor flaws that stopped me from giving Berkeley a full five stars, however. The dishwasher door catches the plinth and makes noise when opening and closing, and the backing board under the bathroom sink was not fitted at the time of completion. Costumer service is responsive and keeps me updated throughout, but the dishwasher door issue has not been fully resolved. That said, the overall experience with Berkeley is great.

Quality build and professional customer service. Special requests were readily agreed. Choice of carpets, tiling, kitchen colours. House feels solid and substantial. Snags dealt with quickly. Nothing is too much trouble for customer service at this development.

Woodberry Down is not safe! Crime is now so bad that walking outside puts you at risk of theft or stabbing, any time of day, any day. Even cars are being stolen from the street. Berkeley don’t care nor have they done anything to address the rising crime rates. It’s not safe here anymore. The local gangs have also recently started entering the buildings, so we are not even safe inside. Where is the accountability?

The Sales Office gave detailed information about the property and provided necessary assistance during the purchase process. The customer services team also provided outstanding and prompt responses to my queries and concerns. The quality of the property is excellent with all high grade appliances.

GoogleEnjoy living here for 6 months! Awaiting the facilities hoping that they will be ready this year foe my kids to enjoy! Only issue I see is the parking! Not all flats comes with parking and when asking concierge about information of parking they never know. They announce visitor parking but then they say it is only for contractors. The information is not clear.
