GoogleWe had an exceptional experience finding an apartment to rent in London, working with Tacita Rolls. From the beginning to the end it was outstanding experience. At the start, Tacita went back and forth with us endlessly with feedback and ideas while we were still in the US, then organized a fabulous tour of home options for us in London on short notice. After Tacita helped us to secure a flat, she went above and beyond to help us organize furniture delivery and all of the other small details that made our international move as smooth as possible with the children. On top of it all, Tacita has a delightful and colorful personality and is simply wonderful to communicate with!

She bespoke our specification meticulously and selected the properties which matched our requirements to enable us to make a speedy decision. We particularly appreciated her taking care of the entire process from A to Z including negotiations, reaching out to the landlord and smoothing our path until the finish line. We have no hesitation in recommending Olivia to friends and family.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Simon Burgoyne at Sotheby's London. I’ve dealt with many agents before in London and overseas. Simon and Sotheby's was by far the best and easiest I’ve dealt with. He understood I wanted a nonsense approach and showed me some cracking places in central London. I look forward to dealing with Simon and Sotheby's again soon.

GoogleDean Elgafar at St John’s Wood UK Sotheby‘s found us a tenant almost immediately we put the house onto the rental market. The care and attention that he gave us went over and above what we were expecting. Unfortunately we had issues at the end of the tenancy, which was very unexpected given the high calibre role of the client. Dean‘s personal engagement, often outside of office hours, brought the matter to an amicable resolution. A very personable, self effacing and friendly agent, I would have every confidence in recommending Sotheby‘s St John’s Wood and Dean Elgafar in particular in the future.
Dear Mark Verity, We are thrilled to hear your experience with Dean Elgafar was exceptional. We strive to offer exceptional experiences in your real estate journey and look forward to more success together.

GoogleAs tenants we have been working closely with Pritesh since he started his role with Rokstone in 2023. He is professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to mapping the best resources to whatever challenge presents. He does a nice job of mediating between landlord and tenant to find solutions that work for all parties. We were not having a positive experience with the property management services at Rokstone prior to his arrival given the lack of general maintenance and attention to the property- he has been instrumental in resolving both short and long term issues at the house while maintaining his professionalism at every turn. We are very happy Pritesh has joined the team!
