I had a wonderful experience with Suzanne (Suzi) Robertson. She was professional, friendly, timely and just a great person to get to know. She showed me a number of properties and did an excellent job catering to different preferences I had. I will absolutely work with her in the future and glad I met a friend along the way. :)

Jaishree Brice is very sincere and honest.she was very quick in responding and helped complete a property sale in mayfair so efficiently. Sothebys is fortunate to have such agents.

Was scammed by this office. Didn’t respond for 3 months and was charged additional fees which was only due to their incompetence. If you are looking for an unprofessional and useless real estate agent you have found the right place

I've worked with Maria on numerous transactions and hands down she is one of (if not) London's top brokers / agents. She is my go-to recommendation for PCL properties as she prioritises her clients going above and beyond - head and shoulders above the rest!

Avoid this rental agency at all costs. They scam tenants with hidden fees and unjust charges, ignore requests for repairs, and fail to address property issues. Customer service is rude and unresponsive, often not replying for months. …

We had a wonderful experience working with Tacita Rolls from Sotheby's. her market knowledge was terrific. She had a dogged, tenacious approach to finding us the right home and all while we were living abroad. She was available on nights and weekends and we were endlessly grateful to her.

I wanted to take a moment to share our incredible experience working with Maria Oliveros. Having known Maria for many years, we’ve always valued our relationship, and working with her again has only reaffirmed how exceptional she is. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is an absolute expert in her field. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail made every aspect of our experience seamless, and her ability to handle even the most challenging situations with grace and professionalism was truly impressive. Maria’s communication skills are second to none. She made sure we were always informed and guided us through every step with clarity and confidence. We were consistently impressed by how quickly she responded to our questions and the thoughtful, patient way she approached each interaction. It’s rare to encounter someone so naturally gifted at both problem-solving and client relations. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to be represented by Maria once again. She made a significant difference in the process of our deal, and we look forward to collaborating with her on many more in the future. Thank you, Maria, for your exceptional service, we’ll definitely be reaching out again soon!

If you're looking for an estate agent who’s a total powerhouse, Alice Chan at Sotheby’s is your person. Not only did she sell my flat at a record-breaking price, but she was also consistently responsive, hardworking, friendly, funny, and always one step ahead. She was able to calm us down even at stressful moments. I honestly think she might have magic powers, she got me the highest price in the building, and I didn’t even have to lift a finger (until I had to move out). Highly recommend her if you want results that’ll make you do a happy dance!

Darcy Hunt of Sotheby’s Realty did an exceptional job selling my Marylebone apartment. His advice was spot-on throughout the process, and his relentless effort to find the right buyer resulted in a healthy price that exceeded my expectations. Darcy’s expertise, combined with Sotheby’s reputation for delivering top results, made all the difference. Highly recommend!
