Dear Mr Alimisis, Thank you for taking the time to go on line and review us. We are a little confused by your rating because you lived in a property that we were introducing tenants to the landlord only but when you left the property about 1 year ago you seemed happy. We are disappointed that after 1 year you felt the need to just leave a 1 star review without raising your issue with us directly. GoogleWorst experience in my entire life . The agent who dealt with us told us we will be living in a studio flat with 'a lovely polish couple upstairs ' , in fact the 'lovely polish couple' were 8-9 noisy people living upstairs and none of them polish .To ad the fact that one night they start fighting with each other and I had to call the police and discovered that police was after one of them for long time . The flat at the begging wasn't great but we thought we will make it better but in time we discovered water infiltration ,dump and a collapsing ceiling . Every time when it was raining the water stains on the wall was showing up and they were moving all over the wall ,from the bedroom to the kitchen and next to two electric sockets . After we have reported this issues to Signature agent we got a reply stating that the landlord is responsible for all maintenance work . We got in touch with a guy called Vincent Hall and someone turned up saying he is in behalf of the landlord ,later on proved that the small Indian guy is the landlord .We showed to the so called 'in behalf of the landlord ' all the mold we were getting and all the walls getting wet every time was raining but he kept saying that they have fixed the problem ,they never did . We had to inhale a very steamy air and the bed sheets seemed all the time wet .We had to live in a bedroom without no ceiling light for last 3 months until the end of tenancy as the builders sent by 'in behalf of the landlord ' never had time to finish off their job ,also they pulled the gas detector away from the ceiling and left the wires to short to connect back the gas detector . I could go on and on about this and other issues we have found at this property rented by Signature Estates . Avoid or be extremely careful so you dont have to go trough my hell . Last update - the landlord has decided not to give the deposit back .What else can I say .... :)

Hi Leonard, Thank you for taking the time to add feedback to our review page. I am sorry to hear that you didn't like living in your property over the last 12 months. I think you may be getting our company confused with the Landlord's company. As you have stated, the landlord is responsible for the maintenance of the property & managing the whole building. We were informed by the Landlord that a "lovely couple" lived upstairs so we could only go by his information there. It is illegal to have 8 or 9 people in a property of that size so we would not have rented that property out to a group of people. The behaviour of other tenants in the block which we didn't introduce to are not our responsibility. In addition, the previous tenants that lived there had no issues with damp or noise so we have had no previous reports to advise you on. As you mentioned a number of times in your review, you were dealing directly with the Landlord and the builder 'in behalf of the landlord ' so I am afraid we are not responsible for the Landlord's service level nor were we included in any correspondence between you , the landlord and his builder. We wish you lots of luck in your new property and hopeful you will have a nice quiet neighbour too.

GoogleAlan and the team are great. They managed our house letting for years and at the end assisted with a sell. All transactions were always very smooth and timely and they looked after tenant and us with a great care and attention to detail. The team is proactive and pleasant to deal with and nothing was ever a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent/sell the property.

GoogleAwesome State agency, they were very helpful, Adam. the agent who was handling my case was always very friendly, always flexible for the viewings depending on my time of work and really understood what I was looking for. The best Agency I had to deal with so far (in UK since 2 years and moved 3 times). And thanks to them I am now living in a lovely 1 Bedroom flat, brand new, at a reasonable price. I really recommend them !

GoogleSignature estates helped us out enormously. Their service far exceeded what we had anticipated, and exceeds the obligations and expectations of any letting agency by far. 5 stars do not cover the story, hencewhy the appendix: Before our acquaintanceship with Signature Estates, we lived in a shared house with a neglectful landlord, who did not carry out repairs, charged for friends staying over, and overcrowded the house. After the council had been involved, we were given two months notice, three months from the enddate of our stay in England, and two weeks from our vacation to the Netherlands. We knew how hard it is for a couple to find a room for two months in such a short time. We requested several viewings from different agemcies, of which Signature Estates replied the earliest; Tam called me the very next day, upon which we arranged a viewing the selfsame day. After we explained our situation during the viewing, Tam suggested a shared house, managed by them, for which they could allow a two month's contract (which is against normal agency regulations) The next day, they offered us two rooms in stead of one (because of legal, overcrowding issues), at a reduced rate for the two of us. But yet, their service did not stop there: They carried out the credibility check by themselves without charging us anything and passed us (which would not have happened through a bureau) They allowed us to move all of our personal belongings in before our vacation, even though we had not paid rent for that month, and on top of that Tam helped us with moving everything.

GoogleI was very impressed with the team at the new Abbots Langley office. The employees were very professional and friendly and provided great customer service. They helped to process my sale very quickly (far quicker than I thought possible) and kept me informed at all points along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the Garston & Abbots Langley areas and they would be my 'point of call' when I next consider moving.

Their service level and attention to detail is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent of choice, for buying, selling and lettings.

GoogleThe best estate agents that I have ever had the pleasure of selling my house with. They are professional, personable and they had my house sold within a week of putting it on the market. The viewings that they set up were genuine with everyone having an interest to buy, having been fantastically vetted and filtered by Signature Estates. I cannot speak highly enough of this estate agency, I have always had bad experiences in the past but these guys are AMAZING! Thank you so much :)

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We've enjoyed amazing service at this estate agency. We came with preferences that were somewhat out of the ordinary and we experienced a very open-minded and helpful approach. They've made it as easy as possible for us and took care of everything. Signature Estates has done much more than just providing us with regular service and I am extremely grateful for that! Besides, the staff are very warm, friendly, helpful and I enjoyed talking to them. Also many thanks for the many christmas cards Alan and Tam! :)

In all my dealings with them, they were very approachable, knowledgeable and professional and they gave me helpful advice along the way. The sale of my property went through much faster than I could have imagined! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future and I wish them every success in Abbots Langley.
