The flat was maintained in an excellent condition by the agency through regular inspections and pest control and other safety checks visits.From the day of viewing till we got back our deposit the agency has been so kind and helpful. GoogleTaking your deposit and listing the property again on the market just because the quarantor was on holiday and waited for his accountant to send a document that was needed.
£ 300 lost as they are not giving full information to start with and cannot refund as "you signed for it". Disgusting and unprofessional.
I will 100% avoid them.

GoogleA highly disappointing and frustrating experience as a tenant. I currently feel quite helpless, especially because it's my first time trying to find accommodation on my own. Regrettably, they do not seem to be accommodating or student-friendly at all. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the same ordeal I am going through, which is why I am sharing this review. If you happen to be a student, I would advise against using this agent.
After paying the holding deposit, it becomes a tool they use to pressure you for quick responses, including a referencing check that they likely know you won't pass. As time passes, they may even insist on a guarantor, while you continue to struggle to secure accommodation. Moreover, there have been concerning threats regarding the return of your deposit, which, in spite of their initial statement that it's non-refundable, should be refunded.
As one review rightly pointed out, they often provide incomplete information. When inquiring about the requirements for the next steps, they frequently sidestep the question, focusing on immediate tasks and promising to address future steps later. Unfortunately, this delay could leave you without accommodation.
p.s. I had to give it one star to leave a comment; otherwise, I wouldn't give it any stars at all.

GoogleI have now sold a house and purchased a house through Signature and on both occasions they have been fantastic and I would recommend them to any one.
Firstly we were viewing properties of a certain value and were intending to do work on them but Harry suggested we looked at one particular property that was above our budget but needed no work. It was 7pm on a boiling hot Wednesday evening and he was already staying late for our viewing. Needless to say we loved the property and because he went the extra mile we now have the house of our dreams.
I had a tricky buyer on my property and on many occasions the chain was challenging but Lee and Craig managed the chain in a way that kept everyone informed and made the sale as smooth as possible.
Seriously... go with these agents.
