GoogleI had the worst experience with them. They tried to fool me to buy a property that was pretty old and did not have necessary paperwork at a very high price. And when I realised all that I pulled out from the deal and they didn’t refund my money though they had promised to refund the deposit if there is any issue with the property!

GoogleThanks to Shiv for his support at our school careers events in 2022. Shiv, the Office Manager, has given up his time to come into our school (Grey Court) and speak to our students about careers in property and we have really valued his time and enthusiasm and look forward to working with Shaw & Co in the future.

He has been extremely supportive and helpful through the purchase of my flat. I had some delays due to my solicitors, but Pav made me always feel like we had it under control. GoogleHave used Shaw for several years to manage rental properties, after having bad experiences with a couple of other agents. They are attentive and efficient. They are available to me for any questions and queries I may have. Would highly recommend them for both sale/purchase of property or to rent and manage.
