GoogleWhen my parents wanted to put their house up for sale we contacted a few estate agents to come and value the house. Pav Lall (Director for Shaw & Co Heston) was by far the most professional and prepared person out of everyone who came, providing numerous comparables and evidence to back up the valuation he was proposing. He took time to understand what my parents were looking for and his warm and friendly nature just shone through in every aspect. Pav was proactive at every step. He's probably dealt with people like me who ask a million questions over a thousand times, but nothing was too much trouble for him. He's a genuinely good estate agent, but more than that he's a genuinely good person. And speaking of genuinely good people, Sheetal Suri was also as equally exceptional. She supported us every step of the way, took charge of the whole process of viewings as well as (again) my many questions I had once we had an offer accepted. Nothing ever seemed like a hassle for her either and getting her on the phone provided instant reassurance in a process which can be extremely stressful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending these guys at all, you can't put a price on top quality agents, they are the best of the best! Thank you guys!

GoogleFrom the moment I met Sheetal I knew I was going to instruct Shaws to carry out the sale of my recently deceased friend’s flat. She was understanding of probate & all that that entails & knowledgeable of local prices & sales etc. Once the property was under offer Jindra kept me fully updated & was very patient with the timescales. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleI had the opportunity to work with Charan on a recent sale for a property in Hounslow. Charan was brilliant from the word go. He had multiple viewings booked in and we agreed a sale within 10 days of launching and to top it off we had the deal complete in 7 weeks. Charan was on top of it all the way through and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him and Shaw & Co.

GoogleAmazing estate agents. I had a few come out to pitch selling for us but I was so impressed with what shaw and co had to offer and also very happy with Charan who was such a lovely man. I was happy with his extensive knowledge and his friendliness. They kept their promise on everything they said. We had a constant flow of viewers and the agents doing the viewings for us were lovely too. One in particular we dealt with was Maria. I think they went above and beyond. They all felt more like friends than us just being clients. I am happy to say our house sold with them and went through very quickly. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to everyone. Well Done Shaw and Co.

GoogleMy experience as a first-time buyer was definitely a rollercoaster, but in the end I was able to secure a home that I truly love. Thank you to the whole team, and a special thanks to my mortgage adviser, Deepak, for guiding me through every step of the process and answering all my questions with patience and care. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Deepak is an excellent mortgage adviser, and I highly recommend him.

GoogleCharan has been brilliant throughout the whole process. When we met him, he showed just how efficient he was- and he was throughout! His efficiency got our flat sold in record time (luckily for us, it took just over a week) with the least amount of disruption because he scheduled viewings well. His professionalism and experience helped us through the whole process and we were very lucky to have Shaw & Co help us. In particular, he was very calming when I was stressing about the timelines! Shaw & Co agents were all very easy to get a hold of and helped explain the process clearly. When situations changed, they gave us the tools and ideas to explore different options in order to sell ours and buy our next home. Their pricing is fair with no hidden costs and fees. They chased up all parties involved to ensure that the whole conveyance process ran smoothly. They were efficient in that they booked us in very quickly to do a valuation, take photos of our house, and the paper work all in one!

GoogleI would highly recommend Shaw & Co who assisted my family with selling my dad’s house. Specifically, Charan who always went above and beyond to get the sale completed.
