GoogleReception lady, polish, extremely rude. I called left three times is week for Mr Pav, so kept telling me he is too busy to see me. I told her I got his number from Owen White solicitors in Feltham as their preferred solicitors for probate and that they had a special fee arrangement with shaw and Co. Lady 8n reception told slme she did not like my attiude when I requested a call back. Eventually Mr Pav called back 5 days later. I took my business to Your move. Really rude receptionist

GoogleWe can’t thank Shaw & Co enough for their exemplary service, we genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough! We worked closely with Pav Lall and Maria Fernanda Piccoli throughout our sale transaction, and their dedication made all the difference. Pav negotiated on our behalf, and his market knowledge and negotiation skills are truly second to none. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. Throughout the conveyancing process, we faced a number of challenges and upheavals. At times, it felt overwhelming, but Maria remained calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. Her reassuring presence and excellent communication skills were invaluable. She consistently went above and beyond, even outside of working hours, responding to texts and calls promptly, something that’s rare in this industry. In a process as complex as conveyancing, where you’re dealing with multiple professionals, having someone like Maria made all the difference. She answered every question, kept us updated at all times, and truly made us feel prioritised. Thank you again to Pav, Maria, Charan and the entire Shaw & Co team for your outstanding service.Henna & Damien

GoogleMany thanks to Charan and the team at Shaw & Co (Whitton), you did a great job. Charan is like a bulldog when it comes to selling houses. He is professional, approachable, and always responds to communications day or, night! He remained positive that a sale could be achieved even though the market was slow and interest rates high. He came through for us in the end where other agents failed and was able to deliver a fair price, and a stress free sale. I would definately recommend this agency to prospective buyers / sellers. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Charen was well-organised, approachable, and helped ensure our purchase moved along smoothly. He was always available to answer questions and made the experience far less stressful. His colleagues were also great, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication. It was a real pleasure working with the whole team. Highly recommended!

GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the service from Pav and the team. I was selling my aunt's house and dealing with family bereavement, so was already stressed. They were extremely responsive, proactive and helpful. They knew the local market well and took high quality photos that presented the property really well. They even provided access to affordable decent contractors for e.g. lock replacements, house clearance and solicitors, so felt like a one stop shop. Their customer service and excellent communication really stood out. Competitive price too, very pleased indeed, highly recommend. When businesses try this hard, they deserve success.

GoogleCharan was absolutely fantastic at helping managing our sale. I loved the support he provided why we were overseas. He kept us informed regularly and was always hustling. Forget the established corporate brands and give Shaw & Co a go!

GoogleAs buyers, we have just completed purchase through Shaw & Co, particularily working with Charan. From the first meeting myself and my wife felt reassured we had an estate agent who was actively interested in helping us achieve our goals of finding a home. Unlike other estate agents who wanted to rush us through as many viewings as possible, Charan was patient and informative throughout and entirely reassured us through stressful negotiations.

GoogleI want to extend my sincere thanks to Charan Thethy for the exceptional service and support provided during the sale of my late aunt’s property. From our very first conversation, Charan showed both professionalism and compassion, which made a significant difference during what was a sensitive and emotional time for our family. Charan was consistently reliable, approachable, and efficient, always keeping us updated, explaining every step clearly, and handling all aspects of the sale with care and integrity. His respectful and thoughtful approach made a potentially difficult process feel smooth and well-managed. Thanks to Charan’s dedication and expertise, the property was sold promptly and fairly, and we felt supported every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Charan Thethy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and empathetic estate agent, especially when navigating the sale of a loved one’s home. Thank you again, Charan, for your outstanding work.

GoogleThis is long overdue, but Maria from the Whitton branch is absolutely BRILLIANT!! Her work is very professional and friendly. Maria is frank with her clients and goes above and beyond to help make the process easier and smoother. As first time buyers we looked for properties of different budgets and locations, and almost giving up, only to finding the right home for us. Maria was guiding us the right way, she even liaised in her fellow colleagues at the other Shaw and Co. (Pav) to help us and ease our minds. Whilst on holiday too, she made sure, we were still in the loop and everything was working smoothly for our transition. When I’m ready for my next home, I know I’ll run to Maria to help me. Thank you for everything you’ve assisted us with.
