GoogleReception lady, polish, extremely rude. I called left three times is week for Mr Pav, so kept telling me he is too busy to see me. I told her I got his number from Owen White solicitors in Feltham as their preferred solicitors for probate and that they had a special fee arrangement with shaw and Co. Lady 8n reception told slme she did not like my attiude when I requested a call back. Eventually Mr Pav called back 5 days later. I took my business to Your move. Really rude receptionist

GoogleI recently sold my house with Shaw and Co dealing with Pav who was my main contact. I must say they were excellent . They sold it the day it went on the market. They pushed the process through efficiently and quickly. The team kept me informed all the way through. A thoroughly pleasant experience dealing with them and a flawless house sale. Highly recommend them.

We worked closely with Pav Lall and Maria Fernanda Piccoli throughout our sale transaction, and their dedication made all the difference. Pav negotiated on our behalf, and his market knowledge and negotiation skills are truly second to none. We felt confident and supported every step of the way. Throughout the conveyancing process, we faced a number of challenges and upheavals. At times, it felt overwhelming, but Maria remained calm, professional, and incredibly responsive. Her reassuring presence and excellent communication skills were invaluable. She consistently went above and beyond, even outside of working hours, responding to texts and calls promptly, something that’s rare in this industry. In a process as complex as conveyancing, where you’re dealing with multiple professionals, having someone like Maria made all the difference. He is professional, approachable, and always responds to communications day or, night! He remained positive that a sale could be achieved even though the market was slow and interest rates high. He came through for us in the end where other agents failed and was able to deliver a fair price, and a stress free sale. I would definately recommend this agency to prospective buyers / sellers. GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the service from Pav and the team. I was selling my aunt's house and dealing with family bereavement, so was already stressed. They were extremely responsive, proactive and helpful. They knew the local market well and took high quality photos that presented the property really well. They even provided access to affordable decent contractors for e.g. lock replacements, house clearance and solicitors, so felt like a one stop shop. Their customer service and excellent communication really stood out. Competitive price too, very pleased indeed, highly recommend. When businesses try this hard, they deserve success.

GoogleThis is long overdue, but Maria from the Whitton branch is absolutely BRILLIANT!! Her work is very professional and friendly. Maria is frank with her clients and goes above and beyond to help make the process easier and smoother. As first time buyers we looked for properties of different budgets and locations, and almost giving up, only to finding the right home for us. Maria was guiding us the right way, she even liaised in her fellow colleagues at the other Shaw and Co. (Pav) to help us and ease our minds. Whilst on holiday too, she made sure, we were still in the loop and everything was working smoothly for our transition. When I’m ready for my next home, I know I’ll run to Maria to help me. Thank you for everything you’ve assisted us with.
