PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience with this agent. Took a holding deposit for the sale of my flat, did not check if the buyers had a mortgage beforehand. Got me to give my tenant notice as the buyer wanted vacant possession. Months and months of chasing nothing, no movement from the buyer. The holding deposit doesn’t go to the seller it goes to them. I’ve lost over £7,000 in rent and fees paid for solicitors and agent packs. Really wish I had never agreed to selling it. Real shame, im sure they are a good bunch of people but for me I needed to sell a flat and they did not achieve this.

Shaw and Co have been amazing and very supportive in the sale of my house and purchase of a new home. The journey was a long one with lots of last minute hiccups but throughout the process everyone at Shaw and Co - Pav, Shiv and Charan have been professional, honest and quick to take action. I would highly recommend Shaw and Co to anyone wishing to sell their property or buy via them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent results and service from Pav, Shiv and the team at Shaw & Co (Heston). We had various issues selling our property previously with numerous buyers wasting our time for months on end. After appointing Shaw & Co we had a prompt offer and sold the property at a price that we were very happy with. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I had a very bad experience with buying property through this agency. Riddled with lies and exaggeration. Bad mannered agents who are working solely based on on their own profits and interest. Because of this, I lost a property which I was highly interested in, but they prioritiedrioritd their own private clients who paid them bigger commisions.I would never buy or sell again through this agency.NegativeProfessionalism
