⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve used Select Property Management for over 20 years as a landlord and have consistently had a fantastic experience with them. Steve, Gina, Debs, Julie, Lily, Janine, Nicola and Sue are all a real credit to the business. They’re always polite, supportive, approachable and, most importantly, they get things done. What I particularly value is the balanced way they manage properties. While they provide excellent support to landlords, they also work hard to make sure tenants are treated fairly, kept informed and supported when issues arise. If there is a maintenance problem or any other concern, the team communicate well, work with everyone involved and do their best to find a sensible and timely resolution. That balance between looking after the property, supporting the landlord and doing the right thing by the tenant is really important. Communication is excellent across multiple platforms, and I’ve always found the team responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. After more than 20 years of working with Select Property Management, I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A brilliant team, a professional service and a company that clearly cares about both landlords and tenants. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for both landlords and tenants. 5 stars!

They act as agents for us and I have always found they look after the maintenance side of the business very well. They are quick to pass on tenant requests and then get the repairs done in a timely fashion.

This agency deserves a -5. I experienced being selectively ignored regarding serious issues with the property I rent. Communication from my experienced haven’t been very good either. Emails get ignored and no one really chases up on issues you bring up the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up. can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues unless you have to become persistent chasing them for answers and even then it runs the risk of being ignored. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years I have experienced being told I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Which was couple months ago. but if things do happen it tends to be botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is also something i have experienced too, my experiences with this agency hasn’t been the greatest unfortunately. If you do speak up be prepared to receive a threatening emails regarding legal action.

A few years ago, when my partner and I were looking to rent a property, I had an experience with this company that has stayed with me ever since. During the process, a woman named Gina was holding my passport and asked me whether I was a British citizen after I had simply asked for clarification about something. What made this particularly upsetting was that my partner, who was with me at the time, was not asked the same question. He is white, and I was left feeling singled out, belittled, and judged. When I later raised this concern, I was told this was part of a right to rent check. However, that explanation did not address why I was the only one asked in that way. Right to rent checks should be applied fairly and consistently, and this interaction did not feel fair or professional to me. Years later, I still remember how uncomfortable and diminished that experience made me feel. I am sharing this because I think people deserve to know how they may be treated, especially if they are from an ethnic minority background. I hope the company reflects on how these checks are carried out and ensures that no one else is made to feel this way.

I have to be very honest with this review. Select Property Management have been outstanding for me. They went above and beyond to help.me relocate to the black county within a matter of a few short weeks. SPM made the process as streamlined as they could and offered very timely advice and guidance to help overcome any potential issues that could have arisen. I would totally recommend SPM to anyone looking for a let within the black country area, either as a homeowner, or as a person looking to rent as I have total confidence in them and their abilities.

I’ve been a tenant through Select since 2021. On the two occasions I was have been getting set up with tenancies, Gina has been extremely helpful, professional and punctual with the matter. I’ve never had any issues in my time as a tenant and the whole team have always been quick to help me with any issues at my property. Would highly recommend!
