GoogleUtterly pathetic experience trying to rent a flat. Three weeks of trying to view the flat, the viewings either being cancelled last minute or the letting agent simply not turning up. During this time, I made over thirty phone calls to the agents as they would regularly not phone me back when they said they would. After all of this, the landlord went with somebody else. Don't bother with them.

Thank you for your comments. With tenants in situ we can only access with their permission, there have been some issues with viewings on the property concerned and I apologise for any inconvenience. We had multiple offers on the property and the landlord decided to proceed with another interested party. We understand how disappointing it must be that the landlord chose another tenant after all your efforts. Please accept our apologies for any additional inconvenience this may have caused. GoogleUnhelpful. We’ve booked a viewing for last Thursday, on Thursday we’ve called multiple times to rearrange it to today, was told three times someone would call us back and they never did. We finally got through and were told it’s ok to move to Tuesday and they’ll confirm. Well it’s Tuesday now, no confirmation and no contact from them either. Even if the vendor is being difficult, it would be nice to at least be proactive and let us know. Time wasters and unprofessional.

GoogleSeems to be permanently closed. Called an alternate branch who were extremely dismissive, rude and made it clear that they are far too busy to actually respond to enquiries. Can't see it being a good option for tenants, owners, buyers per sellers. Seems that they trading on reputation of a company with a very similar name. Personally, I would avoid as they have been rude, frustrating and appear to advertise multiple properties that they don't have. Total waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
