GoogleVery professional. Best Estate Agent in Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire and beyond. Used them more than once and wouldn't use anyone else. A trusted friend throughout the buying/selling process. Ian, Oliver and team set the bar for professionalism, integrety, respect, empathy and trust. Don't use anyone else!

GoogleI've used Samuel Miles on several occasions and found their service First Class, not only for property sales but also letting a property. By letting a Swindon Property for more than 8 years and this has been a very smooth process in securing tenants and ensuring payments throughout the period. Most recently selling the property, I could not be more impressed in the manner this was conducted - attentive, friendly service and achieved the right valuation and sale in a convenient timescale. Highly recommended.

GoogleStay away from this company if you're renting! We moved out of a property and they accused us of leaving the property untidy (when we spent hours cleaning it) and wanted to charge us almost half of our deposit just to fix general wear and tear. I've been told that they did it to every tenant that had lived there!

GoogleEveryone at Samuel Miles, both in the Sales and Lettings team are efficent and helpful. As well as having helped me purchase a property in the past, they also manage 2 buy to let properties for me. They are very personalble, and will always return your call. The Samuel Miles team are professional, they have a great reach, and get the job done.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful! They said they had a "cash buyer" and took the house off of the market. Their "cash buyer" that they "personally vouched for" actually turned out not to have a penny. Three months wasted.
