GoogleAfter sending multiple enquiries of a property is had no reply from over a week, i decided to call, arranged a viewing and they said theyd get back to me to confirm the viewing. Nothing. Don't leave negative feedback but they need to sort out there organization.

GoogleAvoid selling your home with Samuel Miles and don’t bother asking them out for a valuation as it is a complete waste of your precious time. Zero professionalism and a total lack of respect for people. Ian the director is not a man of his word.

GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this letting agency. I booked a property viewing through them and took a day off work specifically for it. The appointment was confirmed, and everything was set, or so I thought. Only on the morning of the scheduled viewing did they inform me that someone had submitted an offer the day before and that they had decided to proceed with that applicant. No prior notice. No courtesy update. Just a last-minute cancellation, completely wasting my time and ruining a day I had taken off for this sole purpose. What’s worse, they refused to allow the viewing to go ahead even as a backup in case the current applicant’s referencing falls through, which, as anyone renting in the UK knows, is not uncommon. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a total disregard for people’s time and effort. A simple notification yesterday would have avoided this, but instead, they left it until the very last moment to communicate, with zero accountability. Letting agents like this make an already difficult housing market even more frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a respectful or reliable service.

GoogleRented a place for 4 years no issues. House left immaculate. Messed me around on deposit. Called to speak to them was abused, laughed at and ignored. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI have been tenant with Samuel Miles for the last three years. My property manager is Stella and from the moment I viewed my property she has been incredible. I have always been made to feel like i am part of the Samual Miles family, and I have always been aware and reassured that Stella is just one call away if i need her. I can not recommend herself and the team enough. I can assure you, you are truly looked after, and they genuinally really care. The whole process from viewing my property, to moving in was completely effortless, and i now have a house that I can truly call my home. Thankyou so much Stella, I can never thankyou enough for all you support. You truly are the best. H & R

GoogleWe had arranged to rent a property through them following a video viewing due to where we were at the time and having been assured it had a secure garden for our dog and that it had outside storage as no garage at the property.. both were essential. We paid a substantial holding deposit that has never been refunded even though following a niggling gut instinct that saw us driving 4 hrs to check the property before moving in date saw us discover that in fact the garden was open between the property and the next door property allowing our dog to get through into a public lane that led to a main road or a huge public recreation area, there was no external storage at all, the property had not been decorated in years and windowsills actually had huge chunks of paint missing, the back door had a huge hole in it and the kitchen units were in a dire state.... the current tenants also advised us that the carpets were going as were theirs.... The video never showed us any of this.... It's been a valuable lesson learned..

GoogleI would highly recommend Samuel Miles . They did a fantastic job and stayed professional at all times. Was very honest and transparent. They did the very best they could with the current climate. Myself and my siblings are very grateful of a positive outcome. Thanks to Ian and Ollie and the team. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

GoogleHaving phoned 3 times requesting a viewing of a Highworth rental property, I rang again today, agent apologised as yesterday was a busy day. Asking when I’d like to view, baring in mind others are viewing tomorrow, I explained that I was off work yesterday and today, which had been discussed last Friday was also ignored. Blasé response.

GoogleI made an enquiry for a rental property. I received a telephone call to book an appointment. This was scheduled and confirmed. I arrived 10 minutes early and when the agent didn’t show at the appointed time, I telephoned the mobile number I had received the text on and on the office telephone number, no answer and I left messages on both. I received a text message 20 minutes later to say that sorry, but they had forgotten to advise me that the appointment had been cancelled. My partner had driven from Birmingham specifically for this viewing. The landlord has lost potential rental income, the agent has lost commission and management fees and Samuel Miles has lost a recommendation.

GoogleSamuel Miles as an estate agents are incredibly professional, swift, and reliable. As individuals I cannot thank and praise them enough. With me and my family being in an incredible awful situation, Ian and Olli, could not have been more empathetic and sympathetic of our ordeal, doing everything in their powers to assist my family and getting us the keys to our new property. Unlike other agents in North Wiltshire and Swindon, Samuel Miles genuinely care for the individuals using their services. This personal touch will stick with me and my family and we could not be more greatful. Easily the best estate agents in North Wiltshire/ Swindon.

Considering we were dealing a director of this estate agent, we expected the best service. However we got no enthusiasm to go and get buyers and when we pushed for results, he told us in no uncertain terms to take our business elsewhere! And so we did and our bungalow has now been sold. Would not recommend.
