GoogleAs a first time buyer RWinvest has been amazing in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first property! Tayla and Tom in particular have been extraordinary in making sure we experienced a smooth process whilst going through a overwhelming time! I hugely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a property as they will not disappoint!

GoogleOK. I used RW invest for a purchase in Liverpool at the what was off-plan Parliament Square development. When any company and their employees badger you for a reference or review, it stems from a confidence in themselves and their work. I like that sh it. I'm all about that sh it. RW invest, starting with what is now an ex-employee I believe in Tom, and subsequently Gary and Peter, my experience with these guys has been nothing short of impeccable. Great manner, great personas, Gary particularly going out of his way to accommodate any and all requests I had concerning the development and my purchase. I'm a very straight talking kinda guy, tell it lke it is all day every day. If these boys were useless, I'd tell em' to their face. They are however, the absolute opposite. Impeccable sales service through to after sales care with both Gary and Peter and I'm blessed and fortunate enough to have had them manage my acquisition. There aren't enough superlatives to give them really. Readily available over email, whats app and telephone call any time. Made the entire purchase procedure simple, smooth and effective throughout and they're an asset to this organisation. Whatever pay or commissions they're getting, I hope its enough. I run a couple of businesses out in Dubai, and staff / team members like this you retain at almost any cost. As a business owner large or small, you're only as good as your employees. And Gary and Peter are AAA Grade rated people. I cannot recommend them enough and be safe in the knowledge, that you’re dealing with total professionals and top fellas.

GoogleWe have purchased 2 properties off-plan with RW Invest acting as our selling agents. We have been pleased with the response rates and attentiveness from RW Invest (from Esther, Rachael, Gary, Craig and others in the team). They all take a genuine interest in resolving any outstanding concerns or queries and, even when passed on to the lawyers, RW Invest stayed in touch to ensure the deal went through to completion (particularly Rachael and Esther). We feel assured by this high standard of customer care and we have worked with RW Invest again as a result. They also have a good sense of humour and put up with the many somewhat daft questions we have asked! Highly recommend.

GoogleVery prompt and speedy communication from Chloe Walker and Tom Morehouse throughout the property purchasing transaction. Whilst we were up against a certain deadline (not entirely sure who was driving that deadline but it certainly wasn't me), they were very patient with my delay in finding time to read through the legals and patient at answering my queries.

GoogleThis was my first purchase of investment property. All the staff were very good. Firstly Lewis was very helpful at finding the right property for me. Then after I had chosen the property Chloe was very efficient through the 'solicitor' stage which was not at all straight forward. Craig and Dan also deserve a mention for explaining the finer details of the transaction. Thankyou RW Invest.

Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. From me yes, they deserve 5-star. Keep up your good work, please.

GoogleJoffe was great to start with alongside his manager Sam, got me a great deal and were patient and encouraging. Tayla took over and provided really attentive aftercare to get me through to Exchange. Superb at dealing with solicitors and all parties for me and nudging me when required.

For someone who hasn't invested before I never felt I was being pushed or had pressure on me. I highly recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful service by Daniel and Tayla. They made my move so seamless and were so flexible with working with me to handle my move in even from a distance away. Both are Polite and friendly and explained all aspects applicable to me in a clear and "non-pushy" way. Listened to me and was attentive to my needs and felt like he had a genuine interest in myself and my property. Throughout the process of viewing the property, Daniel was excellent. Communication was really good; it was easy to get hold of Daniel and Tayla and they always returned calls very quickly. Thank you so much!!

GoogleBefore I made contact with RW Invest I had a frustrating few months using estate agents to find an investment property, who were mostly uncommunicative and unhelpful. In contrast, from the first time I contacted RW Invest the service that I recieved was outstanding. Ben Fisher introduced me to the property on a Zoom with lots of screen sharing and talking me through all the figures etc. Then my girlfriend I were invited to Liverpool to view the property that I was interested in. Nick Nolan showed us inside and around the property itself as well as driving us around Liverpool, passionately describing the sites of the city that I would be investing in. Then we had coffee in the office. Nick had answers to all our many questions and patiently went over details again that we were unsure about. He encouraged us to take as long as we needed to make our decision. He spent most of the afternoon with us. Chloe Walker was my client care contact, who helped me through processing of the contract pack and coordination with the solicitors etc. She was very helpful and personable, communicating efficiently with fast responses to emails etc. Ben was also available to answer any more lengthy questions about the contract etc and he always had all the answers that I needed. I am very grateful for the excellent service that Nick, Ben and Chloe provided. The buying went very smoothly and I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. I would definitely use RW Invest again in the future.

GoogleWe really have to thank RWinvest for their services. Peter Sinclair in particular, has been exceptionally helpful to us. Last week, we finally visited the properties we had invested in - it was so very exciting! Peter was there in Liverpool city to meet and greet us. He showed great patience when driving us around the city to view both of our completed or near completed properties. He provided genuine advice and feedback and really made us feel at home (either that or we were experiencing scouse hospitality at its best!). I would not hesitate to use RWinvest if I were to do this all over again - but they are certainly 'a cut above the rest'!

GoogleMy resale experience & Daniel I would like to share my resale experience and it is so luckily that I met Daniel Chapman. He is one of the best I ever met. His responses are prompt and result-oriented (that is no doubt one of the thing that buyer and seller want). He managed communications and works among buyer, seller, developer, buyer solicitor, seller solicitor very well. I believe that what most buyer and seller worrying about is that we aren’t not in the town and even overseas, many things we cannot control it and once we cannot get responses promptly, we don’t know how to do. But Daniel let me feel that he is always be there to help me. Thank you Daniel and RWinvest.

There was always Chloe at the end of the phone line. She was friendly and very helpfull. No question was too small. Simply amazing, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Tottaly impressed that for once i was not chasing. It was all Chloe, she kept me updated with regular calls and emails and her communications skills were excellent. GoogleI would highly recommend using RWInvest as they were very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process. I particularly dealt with Hamid and Rachael. Hamid has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have needed to ask questions. Rachael has been wonderful during the process, checking up to see if I need any further assistance and was also very friendly and helpful. This was particularly important for me as I am not an experienced investor and did need some help along the way to reassure me!
