Having just made my 2nd & 3rd property investments through RW, I can say the process has been seamless once again. RW allow me as an investor to carry on my day to day business so that the exchange process does not require too much of my personal time. The communication and follow ups with not only myself but the solicitors aid this smooth process. In addition, RW's adaptability to me as a customer and my changing needs has been outstanding. In 2021 I bought off plan a 1BR Apartment at Parliament Square Development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle through RW Invest.As the bloc with my apartment is nearing completion end of this year I requested a visit to the building site to reassure myself about progress with my own eyes. ( I have received regular updates from RW by E-mail with photos and drone shots.)We were welcomed by Daniel Chapman at the agreed time. Not only did he come prepared with wellingtons and hard hats, he also had asked a construction supervisor to join us for the first part of our tour. Daniel gave us his full attention and enthusiastically showed us round the whole development of Parliament Square. He was able to answer all our questions.After visiting “our block” he showed us round block C and the cinema there plus the spa and pool area which are all very impressive common areas finished to a very high standard. Daniel even made it possible for us to speak to Rebecca at Legacie Lettings so we could understand better the process of letting our flat as soon as it is finished.All in all Daniel could not have done more for us. He impressed us with his professionalism and willingness to dedicate so much time to us and to share with us his pride in this outstanding development at Parliament Square. Thank you very much Daniel!

I have exchanged contracts and not yet completed on my property, but so far Ryan and Kallum have been really helpful and have gone over and above what I was expecting. Many companies do not provide this level of care and attention. Customer service has been great, I just hope the after sales team are just as good.
