It was very disappointing when I made an enquiry to get a brochure. I was then called and emailed, stating that I would need to book a Teams call to understand my needs. I booked the call and received constant daily reminders. On the day of the Teams meeting, I was left waiting in the lobby with no communication about why I was waiting. I had to chase for feedback. This was very unprofessional.

Ryan Francis initially, and later Chloe Walker were excellent: helpful and efficient. They made the experience of buying very tolerable. My whole experience with RWInvest Liverpool was 4/5. Whole process started in April and exchange was in December; not RWinvest fault...but then they recommended the solicitor, who took their time, although thorough and cheap. Overall, I would go with RWinvest again and be very happy to be served by both Chloe and Ryan yet again. However, if I want faster completion I will probably pay a bit more for a different solicitor.

The service by Chloe and Joshua has been great, they're very helpful and informative. the only reason for dropping 1 star is because the law firm AI Law that was recommended, is more than i was initially expecting based on initial discussions and then they are charging a further admin fee for a second payment installment for the investment. the legal fees have been over £300 more than I expected. I mention this because I think if they updated their estimate, it would get around this for future clients :)

From Chloe walker I received kind and patient client care whilst buying my first property and without that help I highly doubt I would have had any idea what I was doing throughout the process. I would highly recommend and have been left more than happy with the services that were provided!
