GooglePeople careful before you invest with them. Was sold a room for £40000 a few years ago, and it is worthless now, I can't even sell for £5000!! Not a good way to waste your savings. It wasn't this branch, but the same company.

GoogleThis is the 2nd review I’ve posted. The first seems to have “disappeared” I invested in an apartment block in Manchester, heavily marketed by RW. Advised to use their recommended solicitor which on reflection was a bad move on my part. Why, between RW and Aughton Ainsworth ( solicitors) did they not tell us that the developers/ sellers were a BVI company and run by crooks who have fleeced myself and many others out of thousands of pounds and looking like we will have to pay out even more for the privilege. RW initially made noises about helping us but then offered nothing but excuses. Why would they recommend a BVI company that are unaccountable and uncontactable? Tread carefully.

GoogleI have bought and sold many properties in my life - commercial, industrial and residential - and have yet to find a more enthusiastic company to deal with. To answer my many questions and queries, and many more of my demands to my satisfaction. (Many of my queries had nothing to do with them, like UK Taxation of foreigners but they introduced me to the right people) Many thanks to Jennifer Lawley, the agent who first contacted me, through all the staff of which many I was introduced to right up to the Director "Mike", This was a difficult purchase made by the fact that I live in another country, and have never been to Liverpool, prior to this purchase. It must have also been very difficult for RWinvest dealing with me, a potential buyer not known to them and from a foreign country. Fortunately, RWinvest never gave up on me and therefore I eventually signed for 3 properties, without any pressure from RWinvest, all in my own time.

Most of time , after normal working hours to speed the process. 4.All solutions provided has right legal and commercial aspect. 5. Customer happiness is main focus.
