I am a first time property investor who invested in an off plan development in the Liverpool area (City Residence). My initial contact was with Esther who from day one provided exceptional service! She would always respond to all my questions in a timely manner and had the patience of a saint! She treated me like an individual and not just a number. Although it took me quite a while to “conjure” up the deposit, RW Invest didn’t ever apply any undue pressure so long as I provided them with regular updates. Tayla in the Client Care team has helped ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She coordinated discussions with the Solicitors and helped manage both mine and their expectations throughout the entire process. Tayla was extremely helpful and understanding, even when I informed her that the deposit transfer would take longer than the time allowed. Tayla was very professional and made me feel at ease at all times. She was always on the other end of the line to help with any queries and kept me in the loop throughout until exchange. I would like to say a huge thanks to both Esther and Tayla for the fantastic service provided; they are an asset to RW Invest who made my experience dealing with the organisation a very positive one and would have no hesitations recommending to my friends and family. I am hoping for the rest of the process to run as smoothly as the contract exchange. Hope to purchase additional investment properties via RW Invest in the near future! Best wishes, Ebrahim

As a first time investor I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with RW Invest. From the initial sale working with Saj Ali to my interactions with Rachael Barkley in the Client care team I have been thoroughly impressed. Rachael took the time to constantly update me on progress every step of the way and was considerate of my constraints throughout. We have invested in an apartment in Liverpool through RW Invest . It's an under construction property and will be completed next year. RW have been brilliant with the whole process right from sale to the exchange of the contract. Rachael has been brilliant with exchange process and has always been on top of it with regular updates, feedback snd very polite, gentle reminders for filling out forms etc. He demeanour has been very friendly and warm. I'm sure she is a highly valuable employee of the firm. We look forward to the dealings upto next year and hope it will all be as smooth as the contract exchange was.

We have recently exchanged on an off plan apartment in the Parliament Square development. From the first call with Luca from the London office e, to meeting & having a show around with Jennifer and going through all the purchase process with Chloe Walker, the whole experience has been very smooth and professional. Rachael, along with the other team members Nick and Rachel, guided me through the process of my purchase with friendly efficiency. They answered all my questions quickly and helped to allay my fears of buying off plan. All in all, very impressed with the team at RW Invest. However the “proof of the pudding will be in the eating”, so fingers crossed that the development will be completed on time with tenants installed.

Thank you to Daniel Stewart for his professionalism, support and reassurances during the process from offer through to exchange. It would be fair to say my wife was highly skeptical about purchasing off plan especially with very tight time frames but Daniel chased and answered all our queries taking much of the stress away. James Crompton also deserves particular praise for helping source the deal and spending much time discussing the site and opening our eyes to its great potential. His offer of marriage guidance help was gratefully received!

We invested in Baltic square with RW invest. Nick Nolan and Tayla Roberts have been brilliant during the whole process up to exchange. Regular updates, not pushy at all with the sales and incredibly professional. Nick kindly took us to potential investment developments to give us an idea of location and progress, had frank and honest conversations about developments and potential drawbacks we might face (including ones we had looked at with different agents) and tried very hard to get us the best price. Very impressed with the service and it makes us want to go with RW invest again for any future purchases. Thank you! You made our first property venture very straight forward and stress free.

My property sale was handled by 2 competent individuals (Ben Fisher and Chloe Walker) I was very fortunate to have received a call from Ben, when I was in the process of exchanging contracts with a different competitor. It was because of Ben’s unique approach, I decided to cancel the existing deal and secure a deal with R W Invest. He is excellent at what he does. A true salesman who deserves recognition for his professionalism and amazing approach towards his clients. The transition to the lady that took over my account was seamless. Chloe was beyond fantastic - prompt, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Chloe would always go above and beyond. A delightful young lady who would always answer my questions even out side of work hours. It’s because of theses guys I would highly recommend this company from my own personal experience.
