GoogleElement Building Unit Liverpool We decided to buy a unit at the Element building. Following a series of repeated queries from my wife and me (being overseas buyers),we got all answers we needed in time. Tayla was super prompt in her responses and so helpful! Daniel ignored the heavy snow and visited the site after our request to take latest photos of the building and send them to us immediately. Thank you guys!

GoogleI want to share my recent experience with Rachael Barkley. Rachael has been excellent in follow ups, making sure everything was up to date, asking for guidance with her colleagues for some of the questions I had, all and all an excellent experience! My experience with Angus Howard was also excellent, Angus was very concise in his presentations and adapted his proposals according to my situation

GoogleMy property sale was handled by 2 competent individuals (Ben Fisher and Chloe Walker) I was very fortunate to have received a call from Ben, when I was in the process of exchanging contracts with a different competitor. It was because of Ben’s unique approach, I decided to cancel the existing deal and secure a deal with R W Invest. He is excellent at what he does. A true salesman who deserves recognition for his professionalism and amazing approach towards his clients. The transition to the lady that took over my account was seamless. Chloe was beyond fantastic - prompt, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Chloe would always go above and beyond. A delightful young lady who would always answer my questions even out side of work hours. It’s because of theses guys I would highly recommend this company from my own personal experience.

GoogleThey have got a super team in there. Always ready and eager to listen, to assist, to remind you gently of timelines, to nudge the solicitor or the developer in your favor. Particularly more thrilling for me were my experiences with Chloe Walker and Cheryl Dyson because as a non resident foreigner, you need a trusted and approachable team to walk you through to the end. I will definitely use them again and again.

GoogleDaniel Stewart, has assisted me every step of the way. This is my first property purchase and so took Daniel up on his offer to guide me through every step no matter how small. I felt comforted to have his assistance in documents I needed to both understand and sign. Couldn't be happier with the help and customer care I have received so far.
