GoogleMost satisfying and a very pleasant experience with RW Invest! Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. From me yes, they deserve 5-star. Keep up your good work, please.

GoogleJoffe was great to start with alongside his manager Sam, got me a great deal and were patient and encouraging. Tayla took over and provided really attentive aftercare to get me through to Exchange. Superb at dealing with solicitors and all parties for me and nudging me when required.

GooglePeter Sinclair at RW Invest recently facilitated a site visit to the Summit, Liverpool. He was punctual, accommodating and informative, and provided the necessary safety equipment for us. GoogleEveryone I dealt with at RW invest was super helpful and I felt had my best interests at heart. From Dan and Lee in Sales to Rachael in Client care they held my hand from start to finish. For someone who hasn't invested before I never felt I was being pushed or had pressure on me. I highly recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely wonderful service by Daniel and Tayla. They made my move so seamless and were so flexible with working with me to handle my move in even from a distance away. Both are Polite and friendly and explained all aspects applicable to me in a clear and "non-pushy" way. Listened to me and was attentive to my needs and felt like he had a genuine interest in myself and my property. Throughout the process of viewing the property, Daniel was excellent. Communication was really good; it was easy to get hold of Daniel and Tayla and they always returned calls very quickly. Thank you so much!!

GoogleBefore I made contact with RW Invest I had a frustrating few months using estate agents to find an investment property, who were mostly uncommunicative and unhelpful. In contrast, from the first time I contacted RW Invest the service that I recieved was outstanding. Ben Fisher introduced me to the property on a Zoom with lots of screen sharing and talking me through all the figures etc. Then my girlfriend I were invited to Liverpool to view the property that I was interested in. Nick Nolan showed us inside and around the property itself as well as driving us around Liverpool, passionately describing the sites of the city that I would be investing in. Then we had coffee in the office. Nick had answers to all our many questions and patiently went over details again that we were unsure about. He encouraged us to take as long as we needed to make our decision. He spent most of the afternoon with us. Chloe Walker was my client care contact, who helped me through processing of the contract pack and coordination with the solicitors etc. She was very helpful and personable, communicating efficiently with fast responses to emails etc. Ben was also available to answer any more lengthy questions about the contract etc and he always had all the answers that I needed. I am very grateful for the excellent service that Nick, Ben and Chloe provided. The buying went very smoothly and I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. I would definitely use RW Invest again in the future.

GoogleWe really have to thank RWinvest for their services. Peter Sinclair in particular, has been exceptionally helpful to us. Last week, we finally visited the properties we had invested in - it was so very exciting! Peter was there in Liverpool city to meet and greet us. He showed great patience when driving us around the city to view both of our completed or near completed properties. He provided genuine advice and feedback and really made us feel at home (either that or we were experiencing scouse hospitality at its best!). I would not hesitate to use RWinvest if I were to do this all over again - but they are certainly 'a cut above the rest'!

GoogleMy resale experience & Daniel I would like to share my resale experience and it is so luckily that I met Daniel Chapman. He is one of the best I ever met. His responses are prompt and result-oriented (that is no doubt one of the thing that buyer and seller want). He managed communications and works among buyer, seller, developer, buyer solicitor, seller solicitor very well. I believe that what most buyer and seller worrying about is that we aren’t not in the town and even overseas, many things we cannot control it and once we cannot get responses promptly, we don’t know how to do. But Daniel let me feel that he is always be there to help me. Thank you Daniel and RWinvest.

GoogleI want to thank Chloe Walker for helping me with my 1st investment through RW! Initially I was daunting by the whole process as I’d never bought from plan, but that all soon changed. There was always Chloe at the end of the phone line. She was friendly and very helpfull. No question was too small. Simply amazing, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Tottaly impressed that for once i was not chasing. It was all Chloe, she kept me updated with regular calls and emails and her communications skills were excellent. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. Their customer relations and service attitude are exemplary. From me, it’s a very easy 5.

GoogleI would highly recommend using RWInvest as they were very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process. I particularly dealt with Hamid and Rachael. Hamid has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have needed to ask questions. Rachael has been wonderful during the process, checking up to see if I need any further assistance and was also very friendly and helpful. This was particularly important for me as I am not an experienced investor and did need some help along the way to reassure me!

GoogleI am very happy with the service provided by RWinvest. My initial discussions were with advisor James Crompton who gave me lots of information on the development I was interested in without any pressure or hard sell. As the purchase progressed, I was very impressed with the professional and friendly advice received from Rachael Barkley (client care executive). She kept me updated and was always quick to respond to any queries I might have and kept the whole process as stress free as possible as I had not invested before. Part of my investment is on a property still under construction, now that contracts have been exchanged I have now been contacted by Peter Sinclair (client relations) as a point of contact for keeping me updated on the development which is reassuring to know if I have any queries. Overall I would highly recommend RWinvest.

GoogleI’m so happy to have invested with RW invest as the team is great; they are quick to reply to any concerns you have and are very helpful. Yesterday We went to view the property and Danny and Lewis were great hosts they even went an extra mile and dropped us off at our building making us feel more welcome. They showed us around the property in great detail and they were very competent at their job. Rachael and Jennifer also helped us in getting the apartment and they were very helpful as well. GoogleOUTSTANDING SERVICE I cannot say enough good things about the team which handled my property purchase at The Element in Liverpool. As a non-UK resident and first time buyer of an off-plan property I was a bit apprehensive. Ron Lloyd has not spared any effort to assist me making the right choice. He was very easy to communicate with and has been very informative and helpful. From the moment I made my reservation Chloe Walker from Client Care took over. If you wish to know what Customer Care is all about look no further. She is professional and friendly and has literally gone out of her way to assist me. Chloe has been in contact all the time to guide me through every step with the Solicitors. I am forever grateful. Ron and Chloe eased out the pressure I had during the process because of personal circumstances and I felt very well looked after. I am hopeful the following stages until the building is complete are as smooth and trouble free.
