GoogleFAILED INVESTMENT + GREEDY COMPANY WITH NO SUPPORT LINE My name is Elmar Jafarli and I made a purchase from Fabric District Residence in 2019, Unit 225. RW Invest is the most toxic disrespectful company I have ever known. My property went into administration end of last year and beginning of 2022. First of all I was probably one of the last investors to know about that, because employees does not care about customers once contracts are exchanged and they receive their commission THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU !!! Gary Clark is supposed to be client relationship manager but I do not remember last time i call him and he picks up his phone. I am a first time investor and it is just hurting to see people are still working with RW. 0% transparency. No info about why my development is in administration. But after some digging I learn that RW Invest has taken Fabric District from YPG exclusively and it appears the building has not been built in line with the planning permission. Yet no damn communication from RW no support to investors (because we are C****ms, no need to use twice) and because RW think they are the boss of some kind. INVESTORS BE AWARE THEY MIGHT LOOK FANCY, SPEAK FANCY MAYBE WORK FANCY UNTIL GETTING PAID BUT AFTER THAT YOU ARE ALL ON YOUR OWN. GET READY TO FACE ANY PROBLEMS HAPPENING IN THE MIDDLE AND RECEIVING 0% SUPPORT FROM WHAT SO CALLED AWARD WINNING COMPANY.

GoogleExcellent communication. We felt very supported by Chloe Walker and she explained the steps very clearly. She facilitated the transition very well which was not always easy as we were at times abroad.

GoogleDo not be fooled by positive reviews! You have sold sub-standard flats to many naive investors, most cash buyers unfortunately. Beware, do not buy on impulse. Carry out thorough research, ask questions, visit the venue, contact existing residents. Agents will tell you what you want to hear, and this industry in not regulated. Only purchase if you are 100pct sure it will be a good investment. Do not be fooled by what agents say... they only care about their commission!!

GoogleThis is my first investment in an off-plan property with RWinvest. The service provided by Rachael Blakely was excellent. She was very helpful and prompt. Property will be completed next year so cannot comment on the developers and post sale service.

GoogleWe recently got to see the flats we are buying at Parliament Square in Liverpool. We signed up for them off plan in 2019 when they were just a patch of bare earth so when COVID hit in 2020 we were somewhat anxious as to whether they would still get built when the world seemed to shut down. However construction continued and we got regular emails with pictures of the progress which was very reassuring although progress was understandably delayed. So we were excited to be able to go and see them last Tuesday and we were not disappointed. The ground floor was still very much a construction site but as soon as got out the lift on the 7th floor everything was pristine. When we entered our flats the furniture and appliances were even in place and electricity and water all working. The flats look brilliant and the quality of finish and materials looks great. We then got to see the top floor where the gym, sauna, lounge and spa are under construction . The view from up there is amazing and the giant jacuzzi/pool will be a great space to relax in and the gym will have the best views in Liverpool. Thanks to Peter for organising the visit and his colleagues Gary and Danny who helped show us round. They were all extremely friendly and helpful so we really couldn't fault the experience.

Polite, professional, proactive and patient the puchasing of my apartment from inception to completion was as smooth as silk thanks to these two. My only regret was not enlisting RW earlier in my purchasing process! I would happily do more buiness with these guys when the opportunity arises, which could be soon!

GoogleBeen working with this company for about 2 years plus before the development of the property, pre-construction/construction phase. During my time the experiences has been ups and down with a lot of Pros, Been working alongside Dan Chapman,he’s been great dealing and handling with my quarries from the start till end, got to say it’s been a pain but he’s kept it solid and patient, due care, honest, understanding 100 percent customer service support, definitely reverse what he’s due from my end, hope the company can recognise that too! Very good company with dealing with my situations, try to assists in many aspects they reverse their dues too. The 1 star I’m holding back is just due to my own personal issues but that’s my story. However if you haven’t purchased a property with this company or been working with Daniel Chapman I’ll advise gain some capital and get the ball rolling in for 2022 Recommendations from my self 99%%%!!!

GoogleOK. I used RW invest for a purchase in Liverpool at the what was off-plan Parliament Square development. When any company and their employees badger you for a reference or review, it stems from a confidence in themselves and their work. I like that sh it. I'm all about that sh it. RW invest, starting with what is now an ex-employee I believe in Tom, and subsequently Gary and Peter, my experience with these guys has been nothing short of impeccable. Great manner, great personas, Gary particularly going out of his way to accommodate any and all requests I had concerning the development and my purchase. I'm a very straight talking kinda guy, tell it lke it is all day every day. If these boys were useless, I'd tell em' to their face. They are however, the absolute opposite. Impeccable sales service through to after sales care with both Gary and Peter and I'm blessed and fortunate enough to have had them manage my acquisition. There aren't enough superlatives to give them really. Readily available over email, whats app and telephone call any time. Made the entire purchase procedure simple, smooth and effective throughout and they're an asset to this organisation. Whatever pay or commissions they're getting, I hope its enough. I run a couple of businesses out in Dubai, and staff / team members like this you retain at almost any cost. As a business owner large or small, you're only as good as your employees. And Gary and Peter are AAA Grade rated people. I cannot recommend them enough and be safe in the knowledge, that you’re dealing with total professionals and top fellas.

GoogleWe have purchased 2 properties off-plan with RW Invest acting as our selling agents. We have been pleased with the response rates and attentiveness from RW Invest (from Esther, Rachael, Gary, Craig and others in the team). They all take a genuine interest in resolving any outstanding concerns or queries and, even when passed on to the lawyers, RW Invest stayed in touch to ensure the deal went through to completion (particularly Rachael and Esther). We feel assured by this high standard of customer care and we have worked with RW Invest again as a result. They also have a good sense of humour and put up with the many somewhat daft questions we have asked! Highly recommend.

Whilst we were up against a certain deadline (not entirely sure who was driving that deadline but it certainly wasn't me), they were very patient with my delay in finding time to read through the legals and patient at answering my queries.

GoogleThis was my first purchase of investment property. All the staff were very good. Firstly Lewis was very helpful at finding the right property for me. Then after I had chosen the property Chloe was very efficient through the 'solicitor' stage which was not at all straight forward. Craig and Dan also deserve a mention for explaining the finer details of the transaction. Thankyou RW Invest.
